Should be called very few hours fitness. When I returned to this gym, nobody said a word about not being open 24 hours as they took my money for the whole year. This branch is still only open 8 am to 6 pm weekends and closes at 9 pm fri. They recently expanded to 10 pm weekdays. As if that wasn't bad enough, they stress you out for the last hour by constantly cutting the music to announce that they are closing soon. Tonight some guys were at the door poaching customers for anytime fitness. They should really have to change the name at this point. It is fraud imo. Otherwise, this WOULD be a great gym.

Great gym! Exceptionally clean ,with all kinds of high dollar Precor equipment ! Andrew signed me up and was very Knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are looking for lots of great equipment at an affordable gym , definitely come to 24 hr .

Things were great in the morning (6:30am workout time).. then school started and a swarm of kids started working out at about 6:45am with their coaches. They take up the entire turf area and take too many weights at once. They are loud and are constantly cussing.. wish I could come before 6am but this isn’t a 24 hr gym as the name suggests …Place needs dusting and it would be good…bring your own sanitizing wipes .. defeats the purpose to use the spray bottle available for everyone since everyone touched it

Why I rated 1 star: Sauna is always broken. Ventilation in showers or restrooms isn’t maintained. Machines will be out of service for weeks at a time. Stuff is growing on the air vents in the bathrooms. Why I like this gym: It’s quiet when I come here. It’s small and staff is friendly. It’s still better than “Fitness Connection down the road on McDermott.” You can actually get machines here even with the lack of diversity, and they tend to be clean. They clearly care about day to day cleanliness but not routine upkeep. The one in Plano has trash on the floor in the locker rooms constantly. This one never does.Overall I like the gym, but it has some stuff that’s a deal breaker for me if I’m considering renewing next year. I still have a number of months left on my subscription, but will consider elsewhere if things aren’t fixed.

The best thing about this gym is how friendly the staff are, I genuinely feel comfortable and welcomed. When I leave EVERY SINGLE TIME they wish me to have a good day. Amazing service...Now that aside, I don't know who is controlling protocol. The hours are set up Monday-Thursday 5 am to 10pm, Saturday 5 am-9pm, and Sunday 6am-8 pm. Not a major problem really... the problem comes that the gym is dirty. Why the restricted hours if they dont even pay the staff for the time to clean??Pay the employees better & have better cleaning protocols, that is what would be preferable.

Been a member for 20 years and I watched the old 24 hour fitness in Allen go down the tubes. They built a new one and sure enough the brand new gym in Fairview is on its way to going down the tubes, literally. Gym is not being managed or maintained just like the old gym in Allen. It started out strong and now it is slipping quickly for the bad. Ladies shower room had trash in the stalls. Shower heads were broken. Not sure if they ever fixed the hours but they are not open 24 hours a day. Very few classes being offered. Sauna looked like it has not been cleaned in a while. Broom was sitting at the front door. Positive - Staff is very friendly but friendly is almost invaluable because so many issues needs to be addressed. I am so disappointed they would Invest in a new gym and let it fall apart. I wanted to talk to the staff to let them know but there was no one at front desk when I left the facility. This is so sad. This gym is on its way to falling apart or having a public health crisis. They need to get someone in there ASAP to turn things around.

It's 6:30 AM on a Saturday and the gymn is closed. This is ridiculous! We pay for 24 hr access and they can't honor the limited hrs they offer. The company is on a steady decline!

If the floor is rearranged in a different way and redundant machines are diminished this would be the best gym in the area.

Have 3 24/7 Fitness in the area but this one is my favorite. Clean, new equipment, plenty of parking. It is also less crowded compared to the Plano one.
