One of the cleanest, biggest and most well kept 24 Hour gyms in the county. Friendly and helpful staff, good equipment spacing and just about everything you might need for your routine.

The 2 recumbent bikes available are often full in the morning while the 3 spin bikes sit empty. I have had surgery and can only use the recumbent bike. Asked front desk personnel if they could arrange for 3 recumbent bikes to be available during peak times. Instead of offering to check...argued reasons why not available. One argument was they switch the bikes around so they get equal use. I have been at this gym 5 days a week for the past 4 months at different times of the day and still only 2 recumbent bikes available. Do they think it is ok to lie to customers?? Staff finally offered to check with GM about spacing. There are 5 of each bike but staff chooses to space with 2 recumbent and 3 spin. While I am at it...staff are required to wear face masks but if you come in later in the afternoon they are often wearing below nose while being 3 feet away from each other. The website says the equipment is cleaned during the day but I have not seen this happening in months.

I've been working out at the Murphy location and was satisfied over my change from La Fitness. I now take the drive to Fairview from Wylie to this gym. The other people I have interacted with working out seem friendly. No issues with staff. It was a dream to have the new Schwin spin bikes.

I was so excited about this Fairview location for the last year as I live under a minute away and why a disappointment it is!!!.The gym is literally half the size of the old Allen location it replaced with a 1/4 of the free weights and actual lifting equipment of the Allen location. The new machinery is nice if you’re into that but there’s just not a lot of actual machines and free eights to get a real workout in if you’re into heavy lifting. Couldn’t be more disappointed unfortunately I’ll be moving from 24 hour fitness after 12 years a member

The new gym is awesome with up to date equipment. The old Allen gym was outdated with more space to place the old outdated equipment that’s it. I’m glad the old gym has been shut down. People don’t like change and that’s why these bad reviews are being left. The Fairview24 hour fitness is brand new nothing not to like about it.

Sad they moved alittle farther but man the sale they had for there stuff before they closed was awesome! Also loved the vibe. Definitely better this past year with new management.

was charged for monthly payment which I shouldn't be. The account was reactivated without notifying me officially...was told about the hidden fees for account freeze...customer service is very bad (they choose to ignore when you reach out) and can't get the refund. Account closure is also an hassle....they can't do it online or by phone. they force you to visit the gym to close the account during this special time. won't go again.

Originally I would’ve rated this location (Fairview) 2 stars, simply due to the lack of service. But when you consider that this location has only been opened for 2 months, they are swamped with new members and new employees! I had a billing issue and service issue arise recently and the moment I brought it to Matt’s attention (their fitness manager) he jumped right on it and fixed it. This issue had absolutely nothing to do with Matt’s department but he handled it for me immediately! Being from the fitness industry, managing, promoting, training, and owning gyms in the past. I completely understand how hectic this time of year can be for gyms. Especially having a grand opening in January and a staff that is 80% new employees. With all that being said, I can definitely give this gym and Matt 5 stars and I look forward to seeing this location become one of the top gyms in the area!

Long story short. Was charged when i should have not been. I was told about freezing account hidden fees after told account freezing was no fee. Was charged an additional month fee. Staff member told me unlikely to get refund. Refund was a hassle to get back. Steve (manager) is not very kind. Will not be coming back. Will be willing to drive to a farther gym then join this club.
