CrossFit Ammo

Absolutely the best place, coaches and community of people. No matter what your goals are, give it a try!I was new to CrossFit when started training here over a year ago.I have improved my strength and cardio endurance and successfully completed multiple runs and obstacle course events.

The owner and the staff here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. If you are thinking of joining a cross fit gym this is the perfect place don't think twice.

CF Ammo is a very special community. My husband and I came in just to train for a Spartan race, not thinking we would be there very long. We ended up finding a long term commitment to health and fitness, and also a group of the best humans you will ever meet. They have helped us tremendously in many ways, not just WODs. Best CF box ever, thank you Ammo.

I had always been intrigued by CrossFit and finally summoned the nerve to walk though the doors almost 6 years years ago. I’m so glad I did. The workouts are challenging and it’s been so fun to see the progress. At 50 I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been. The coaches and community are the best around! If you are at all curious, just do it! Your future self will thank you!

This is an absolutely great CrossFit gym. People are encouraging and welcoming, coaches are really great and are engaged, and the community is really amazing! It is exciting to see my fitness improve along with my friends

Ammo is 1 of my favs places to be! The coaches are amazing and the culture is one of a kind! You definitely work hard here but the results are so rewarding. The coaches encourage you and coach you at your level. It’s just a great place to work out!

My wife and I have been coming to Ammo for about a year now and we absolutely love it! We have had a hard time finding a great workout place for many years with the awesome people and challenging (in a good way) environment. People that come here are also awesome ranging from young to seniors adding great diversity of the athletes!

Much fitness. 12/10 would WOD again. My wife and I dropped in a few times while visiting family in Allen and had a great time. Very welcoming community and knowledgeable coaches. Nice size space and good variety of equipment too. The owner (I don’t remember his name) was very accommodating and gave us a fair deal on a week’s worth of drop-ins. I also heard there’s good breakfast tacos across the street, but can’t confirm.

CrossFit Ammo is the best gym around where you come to push your limits each and every day with a strong community of members and coaches! It feels like a family here and I felt welcomed and embraced from day one! I am excited to come to Ammo every day and they have classes for everybody! From early morning to evening, whichever can fit your schedule! I strongly recommend Ammo for anyone who has a goal of becoming a better version of themselves and joining an awesome community at the same time!!
