This is an amazing box - my affiliate is in the Orlando area, but I travel to Texas monthly for work and this is my drop in box. The trainers there are amazing and though I follow my own programming, I hear/see their programming when I am there and I am so impressed! Definitely a fantastic box!

My wife and I dropped in while in town for a wedding and I couldn't believe how nice and welcoming everyone was. Chance signed us up right away and did a great job of explaining the workout and just being a genuinely nice person. Their equipment is top notch and had a excellent clean facility. I don't ever write reviews, but after meeting the owners the next day we were blown away by the hospitality that I haven't found at other gyms I've dropped into (been doing crossfit for 3 years now). If you're in town or close by this is the gym to go to!

I’m here already two months. And I’m honest - the best place I’ve ever been. The atmosphere is just amazing: I feel like in a big family! The coaches are very professional!!! They help you get clearer about your goals and about what you're capable of doing in order to achieve them. They carefully show technique and supervise when you are doing exercises. I’m new at crossfit, but I already can feel my progress! Everybody in this big family are so supportive!!!! JUST I’m in LOVE with CrossFit Ammo!

Fantastic place. Very accepting “come as you are” “every one is welcome” attitude. Never Having a membership at a gym I was very nervous to go. They where so friendly and patient. Now 1.5 years into it my waist is what it was in collage (I’m mid 50’s) and getting very strong and fit. Give it a try. You will be glad you did!!!

This place is absolutely awesome! The owners and the coaching staff make you feel like you belong. They are always watching and making sure you are lifting properly so that you don’t hurt yourself. And when you need that extra push to finish the workout, not only do you have the coaching staff there to encourage you, you have other members there cheering you on. Just a warm feeling inside. I like to call it “ My Home Away From Home “.
