Erin and Lee are really interested in your wellbeing and helping you to grow into a better you, both physically and mentally. They are so friendly, attracting the like minded people so it feels like a COMMUNITY. I’ve been to multiple crossfit boxes and CrossFit Ammo is my favorite !

This is the best gym in the area. The instructors are amazing. The community of people makes this gym so fun. You will love Ammo!!!!!

Simply a great place! Great coaches, great people and an amazing community. Thanks to Lee's programming and the excellent coaching of all the coaches, I am in better shape and feel better than I ever have in my life.

I'm not one who is particularly strong, fast or athletic. In fact when I started 3 years ago, I hadn't worked out in at least 4 years. I tried many different types of workouts and big box gyms and would only last a few months at most (thinking the 5lb dumbbells were heavy). My first day, I almost passed out doing single jump ropes. But the variety of the workouts, and most important the nature of the coaches, kept me coming back. Because of these most amazing coaches and wonderful, friendly "real" people who work out there, I was just able to complete a workout with 350 Double-Unders and 90 #65 thrusters (a feat which would have been impossible just a short time ago) The coaches and other athletes were there cheering me on as much today as they were the first day I came. You are a name and a part of community. Our box has some amazing athletes and some regular people like me who improve each day. No matter where you fit into the realm of athletic ability, you will feel most welcome, as well as encouraged, each time you step in the doors.

I worked out for just a few days at crossfit ammo while visiting family a few months ago. I absolutely loved my time there. The owner, coaches, and members were so genuine and welcoming. The community at crossfit ammo is second to none. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone, even if its just for a few workouts.

Crossfit Ammo is an amazing place which has impacted many lives, including mine. The coaches are second to none in their knowledge of fitness, diet, general health, programming, modifying movements/WODs for each member, and will take the extra time for each member. Their compassion for their members (& visitors) in infinite. The camaraderie of the members is genuine and visitors are always welcome. Stop in for a class and you will immediately understand.

Ammo is awesome. Joined in summer of 2013 and it was a great place to learn all the mechanics and movements of crossfit. Since then, the facility has doubled in size, and is able accommodate any crossfire athlete level with updated equipment. The coaches know their stuff, and lead every class through a great warmup or cool down, superb movement instruction, and even hop in with the class in wod. Although I go to school outside of Texas, I am welcomed with open arms every time I come back fro break, and being a very competitive crossfitter, I am able to get all my training done here. Trust me, I've been to other highly ranked boxed in the country, but nothing compares to the atmosphere and level of coaching at ammo. They care about the fundamentals and the form before anything else, and will even video you a couple times to help instruct coaching points. Ammo is a great box, but an even better community, and you will make friends for life here.

CrossFit Ammo is the best gym ever! The environment is super friendly and welcoming to everyone. The coaches are very knowledgeable and very attentive to all of their members. CrossFit Ammo is a place filled with positive energy and I would recommend it to anyone.

Crossfit Ammo has a fantastic atmosphere because of both the coaches and the people who attend classes. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and invested in the progress of each member. The equipment is kept clean and everyone is super inviting. I come to Allen for just a few weeks per year and will keep coming back to Ammo.
