Just a few moments ago as I was checking in at the 24 hour fitness in Anaheim Hills, I discovered that the membership had run out. The reception, instead of letting me work out for just for the day, simply told me to visit the guys for membership prices with my ID. I told her that I don't carry an ID to the gym and I am short of time. She simply said "sorry" and got very cold.I'm not too surprised at their attitude, the place has always been semi rude and cold. They are very slow in fixing equipment and the air circulation is insufficient. You can always smell the sweat as you enter. The wash area never has any paper towels, water fountains are dirty and low flow with warm water.
