I love all the staff here they’re always so nice !! but dalia the manager is the rudest person i’ve ever met and makes it uncomfortable for me to even want to workout at this gym!

There is arround $250 cancelation fee they will not tell you about as a frudelent activity they will be blackmailing you with, on signing the conyract they will keep telling you, you can cancel anytime but will not tell you there is a big cancelation fee. If you try to cancel they will offer you all type of discount if you turened it down they will start blackmailing you with the termination fee.

Awesome gym in my opinion, after a little while some of the staff recognized my routine and noticed some personal changes I’ve made. I always asked for an ab roller and they had it ready for me before I even asked some times.

Got a free 3 day pass online. Was sent the pass by email and it said all I needed to do was show my phone. I couldn't find my license to drive today but had my old license from Ilinois issued 1995. FRANK wouldnt accept it saying it was Dalia the general managers policy and corporates policy. Now letting me in would have cost them $0 and gotten a member. I am joining LA fitness that I saw without any ID and will email them a picture of that membership. Dumb employee, dumb manager, dumb business or corporate policy. Frank refused to give me a manager at the desk, refused to give me voicemail when I called back, and refused to give me corporates phone number so I had to call another location to get it. Infuriating.

My home gym. I started coming here ever since I stared working out in my sophomore year in high school! My PT was Derek Watson. Also every PT looks like they actually lift!! If you get to know one of them, he or she'll definitely hook you up with some great deal! Very very local friendly gym.

This gym is pretty okay overall. Nothing special about this area. The pool / water area is massive in comparison to what it probably should be for a building of that size. The gym area is clean itself but the bathrooms are always broken / trashed. The only reason I go is because of the people I know.

Worst customer service and policy of any gym I have been too. Honestly I got a membership at a 24 for almost 5 months and hen cancelled which they made a huge Hassel to do. However I come back to a different location in order to come in as a guest with my friends and they won't give me a guest past because my membership ended earlier that year....(almost 4 months ago) Seriously? That's how you treat a former member. All I wanted was 1 night to go hang out with my friends at your gym and you couldn't even give me that after charging me $600+ for my membership. Never dealing with 24 again and will always recommend any other gym.

They need to fix the plumping system at this facility. The drains in the locker room showers are not draining (half of the stalls were closed due to this), the toilets are often plugged up/not flushing, bad smell and trash are every where. It used to be a great place to work out, but management didn’t keep up with the house keeping. For sure it is not up to health department standards.
