Probably the worst 24 Hr fitness I have been too. Old equipment, broken equipment, just simply isn't kept up to date.

Anahiem hils is big and I seen to be able to get through my workout we it out waitng and weights for the msot part. Don't go in to buy serives. I signed up my wife and the girl chatted with us for 40 minutes trying to upsell us. I wanted to beat the after work crowd but listening to her personal life and sales pitch, made me miss my workout and irritated me for what should have been a 5 minute transaction. I don't like to wait and I don't want to chat I made that quite obvious. I shouldnt hve to do anything but show an ID and add them to my account. My time is precious and wasting is talking to someone sales person is an absolute waste!! it accomplished nothing but taking my time. They need to set up a self serve teminal so you don't have to deal with sales people. That is not why I go to gym If want something I will ask if i need do not assume you can take 50 minutes of my time without asking while telling me it will only take a.minute. A minute to me just 60 seconds.

The workers both behind the counter and roaming around feel hospitable and genuine. The gym is very well maintained by both the workers and the gym goers themselves, you usually wont see sweat stains on benches or weights idly sitting about.

5 stars for:Based solely off the managers (Steve) support of military members while we were visiting the area.------------3 stars for:The facility. Ok there are a ton of options when it comes to equipment HOWEVER they don't keep it clean. The cleaning stations are few and far in between and the staff does no cleaning. It is really a let down. If you aren't requiring the patrons to wipe down their machines then the staff should be going around hourly and doing so. I visited at all hours and never saw anyone cleaning.Pearl and Susy have great classes. You should check them out.

The staff, patrons and cleanliness are great. My main complaint is the drinking fountains are really bad and have been for years... they serve up WARM water rather than chilled which is very unpleasant during a summer workout. Replace or repair the fountains... such a small expense and it provides a much better experience! The place gets pretty busy during peak hours (right after work) so try to come before work or later in the evening if you have the option and desire a less crowded experience
