Excellent place to workout. The trainers are highly qualified. The ultimate experience. The exercises are always different, so they work different parts of your body. Every class it feels like you have your own personal trainer, because the trainer makes sure you do the exercises correctly. I Definitely recommend this place.

Great place to get a whole body workout and still have fun! You will definitely be challenged and see a difference in your body. But don't be intimidated, this is a fun and friendly place. The coaches help with any specific injuries or needs and the workouts are different everyday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love coming to Kandu! I've always been intimidated by gyms because I didn't know what I was doing, but I've never had that feeling here. The coaches really make you feel comfortable and give you instructions before every workout. I've been coming here since September of 2017 and I have gained so much knowledge and confidence. I highly recommend joining the Kandu family!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been coming to Kandu for a little over 3 months, the people and coaches have all treated me like family. I have seen a difference in my body and have a lot more strength and energy than what I used to. I've tried different gyms out in the past but never received the support like I do here. I'm glad I found a place where it feels like home to me. Thank you Kandu for helping me achieve my fitness goals!

Great place to work out without the pressure of a gym. Usually small classes that allow the trainer to focus on each individual as they progress. Dave is very knowledgeable and his guidance makes a difference. Is not just about doing the exercises is about knowing what they are doing to your body and how properly execute the movements. Can't recommend this place more highly if your looking to get fit.
