It was great and the people the work there are really nice but there is not a lot equipment to work out but is good and more the is close to my house love it

Read the fine print when you want to cancel. Only went once to cancel my membership and the person that helped me was very rude. He didn't provide proper information.

I love this place.Every morning is a new experience with my work out only the problem is because I will move the home.But forever this gym is on my heart ❤

I've been coming here for over a year and am very satisfied with the price, friendliness of the staff, and overall vibe of this location. Not the best variety of strength training machines but there are a ton of cardio machines. Definitely worth $10/month

Monday (9/19/16) the club failed to open on time. It was supposed to open at 5 and at 5:30 it was still closed. Didn't even look like there were employees on site. Many members were waiting and left in frustration, as did I. I have no idea when they finally opened but when I left it didn't look like any employee was even near the area. I lost my chance to work out for the day and it's frustrating to know that it was because the club failed to be open during scheduled working hours. Unprofessional!

If there was an option for no stars at all I would keep it that way. I have had bad experiences with this location. My mother and I signed up about a year ago and were told this wasn't a contact I was very well aware because I have had them before. We both signed for electronic payments, I kept having the issues where my money was not being taken and I was always being charged a fee for not having the funds. This happened 4 times every other payment in went through I always had money in my account they kept fixing it because they knew it was their fault but 4 times really !! I had to go over there in person twice and so many apologies and still not fixed until I was upset. We spoke to a guy there and he told my mom and I we couldn't cancel it was a contract we were shocked!! he gave us a specific date to cancel we waited while they took our money. I call again and a young lady says we could of canceled months ago it wasn't a contract.. Does anyone know how to do their job.

I recently got a black card at this location, the staff members were really nice. The guy that showed us around the place was really informative. As well as the person at the desktop, Billy , was helpful setting up my membership with this gym. I like all the equipment I just wish there was a pool area, but aside from that I give this 4 stars..

Overall it's a great gym! I love how it's clean and how you feel very comfortable their. It has lots of machines and free weights, I can't complain about the gym environment. I would have gave 5 stars, but the staff is very rude and disrespectful. The man that is bald with glasses and now wears a black shirt, he looks African American with a mix. He's very unfriendly, always acts smart with you and just not a good staff member. He wouldn't let in my friends brother because his dad wasn't their and was being very rude about it. And the girl with glasse, she is always giving bad looks and never bothers for a smile or anything. They'll only tell you bye when a boss is their. But the buff bald white guy, he's the best staff member. He's very humble and helpful and always. They need to train the staff to be like him. Because I would've given 5 stars..but the staff doesn't help.

got in my car and drove across town to get a membership at Planet Fatness. I was expecting to pay the $50 as advertised on their website. Upon arrival, they informed me that I must pay with a check from my bank account with routing numbers etc etc etc... or since my checking account doesn't come with checks, I could instead pay $100 for a membership ? If a business presents these types of aggravating, nonsense policies and procedures before they take your money, then I can only imagine...

its a nice gym and a very good price. its better than paying for 24 or golds gym. machine and equipment are good but it gets over crowded. if there were fewer people it would be the perfect gym
