I’m torn on this review. The customer service was great and the selection is TOP Notch! I was surprised to see such quality equipment because we don’t always get that option in Alaska with our shipping charges.The checkout process could have been better. I don’t feel like I got what we agreed to. BUT, I still gave them 5 stars because I could have spoken up but didn’t.

Susan is always helpful and friendly when we visit the store. The new showroom is fantastic! Tons of fitness equipment. If you can't find what you need, ask if they can special order it for you.Gregory, who delivered and set up our treadmill, has been awesome to work with as well. He's an absolute asset to the company. I highly recommend Top Fitness for all your fitness equipment needs.

Manager was awesome but am worried about my order taking forever as they don't seem to keep up with products. We were so confused about what we could get done when ordering, seems like they need to have a company meeting on all that?? Well see how long it takes and how we like the machine but customer service needs some work

Wow, very impressed!What a great store. Had so many different kinds exercise equipment. Went in looking for one thing, fell in love with lots more. Would definitely recommend going in and browsing, you never know what you may find that fits your needs.

Susan went way beyond to get me the Teeter LT3 into and installed in my Town House. I went to two other equipment businesses first, but Precor was the only one willing to look it up and make an order. Its a perfect machine for my knee replacements (range of motion) since I can't rotate a bike. With that said, why would you go anywhere else? Blessings always

Best store for fitness equipment in Anchorage! I got some powder coated kettlebells and was very pleased with the service. They even helped me load them.
