This Gym could be better, it has outdated equipment, and lack of essential machines, such as lying leg curl for hamstrings (every gym has it even the most basic ones), military press station (free weight), a pullover machine, HEAVIER …

I've been a 24hr fitness member for over 10 years and although this isn't always my usual location to go, ive recently gone here and am disappointed. Once weight training is done, i like to hit cardio. There are only a certain amount of stair masters and almost half of them have been broken for at least weeks. The others were full and so i decided to get on an elliptical. I got on 4 different ones in a row..and they all rotated weird or wouldnt even turn on. It killed my vibe and i left. I hope the gym equipment can get regular maintenance so everyone can get what they pay for.

The bathroom for the disabled has been out of order for an entire month and no efforts to fix it have been made even though multiple complaints were made to staff. I hope they'll choose to be ADA compliant after this public review. Please fix that bathroom immediately!

Ok this place has a major problem starting from the top .to start things off I was sold a month to month cancel anytime a one club membership. In return I the ringer a year membership full club access without my knowledge .I would have at least visited another club. Not to mention the person that I signed up with his name is not on my agreement .I pointed him out to the GM and he told me that that person and the name on the agreement didn't match. So there scamming to lock you in for the year .also alot of equipment is broken .the restroom is the same way multiple stalls not working and no tissue .At least overnight. I would have rated a 2 because the people are nice but since I can't cancel how I'm supposed to be able to they get a 1 star. In my opinion put money back into the club an bring 24 back to the name it used to have .

Just signed up a few days ago at the irving(dump) location and not impress with this location either just seems like no tend to care to clean up the place weights all over the place, smelly lockers need an update, dry heat steam room didn't even feel like it was on showers nasty no doors really smh. Just went to a new location in euless which is a tier above the rest and they was nice, so i will spend the extra 10 to come here. Hell i seen workers cleaning almost every 10 to 20 min and clearing off the weights. Euless is a better facility all around better equipment, locker room was extremely clean even the bathroom and showers had doors.

Me and my sister went in this gym looking for a trial and see how the drive would be convenient for us or not after our membership at lifetime was over. And after waiting for awhile, having Chris as the person who was suppose to help us around, he wasn’t rude but everything he said seem personally like trying to hassle you to get through the sign up. I understand that it is your bread and butter but come on, at least do your job right. Straight up tell us we should just get out once Chris found out we were going to purchased the 2 years membership through Costco is messed up. Not going to lie but that was a mess up thing to do, wasted of my time and drive here to try out the location I haven’t been back in about 10 years. Definitely would never coming back, at least never recommend Chris.

Walked in today, overheard three front desk staff talking, one drops the f-bomb loudly. Use it anywhere you please, but it's just not acceptable in any workplace, period. Unprofessional. That made me decide to finally review this gym.Over the years I would say you are likely to be greeted 25% of the time when arriving and signing in, otherwise they're usually busy talking to each other or looking at their phones. Do they train customer service skills to their staff here? Doubtful.Lastly, the sinks in the men's locker room stink. Pretty nasty overall. If I didn't have a dirt-cheap annual plan, I would've gone to Lifetime Fitness long ago.

It's a pretty good gym. They need more bicycles on the second floor. Though those allergy to dust be warned, I've attached a picture.
