24 Hour Fitness

I usually don't leave reviews but there's so much that needs to be brought to the managements attention. I typically work out around 3-6am and the gym is filthy. For the past months, this gym has been filthy. They don't clean the machines and there's trash everywhere. At first I ignored it or just threw the trash away myself, but today I saw roaches and it's getting out of hand. I don't know if the staff doesn't clean the gym around the time that I go or if the staff just doesn't care. Whichever it is, I hope management takes these issues seriously because we are paying for a gym that we should feel comfortable using. I don't want to work out with roaches. Please consider fixing this issue. :)

Yah!!! Keith, the new club manager, has this once exclusive club turning a corner and leveling up. After one conversation with him, he is proving to be trustworthy and standing on his word. All of the machines are working. The locker rooms are nice and clean again. Also, hired more staff for us to have 24 hour access to the gym. Excited to see what’s to come. this review will be the LAST point review EVER. POINT....BLANK Period. quality service is in terrible poor health condition to ALL people who is working out at this location. restroom floors to showers is in bad conditions, air quality from mold to bad odor cause health conditions. machines workout equipment does not work. paint is peeling off from ceiling, wall, and epoxy floors. NEED new equipment's to replace them all. all old equipment is about 25 years old repairing them is pointless. the repair person must test ALL units to see if they are working or not. workers and manager does not have no efforts nor support to maintain good standard practice for the facility. people trash the place especially all the restroom boys and girls and the basketball area. this place has gone downhill and no ACTIONs to correct this place. the steam/sauna/pool area has been non operative and function for 3 months NOW. bad odor from every angle going from front entrance to the exit areas. this place must be shutdown and to be renovated so that people can feel safe going to this location. poor staff and manager to maintain this location. at night they let outside people play at the basketball area and trash UP the PLACE. NASTY. this very condition has cause people to get sick because of the condition currently. this to replace to the floors, renovate all the restroom. restore the sauna/steam room. I will report this to the OSHA and health board of Texas.

This place is a joke! My understanding is that it is open 24 hours a day, but it is not

I Currently drive about 20 miles to the nearest, clean gym that has working machines. Staff is very rude lacks customer service. Will be canceling very soon.

Wow this place is really bad . Half of the machines are not working properly. I don't care if the equipment is old as long is working is fine. But the cardio equipment ls are just taking space they are not working. Who ever is the owner needs to sell this property to someone who really cares and loves this property. With all respect

I’m not sure what is going at this “gym”. I’ve lost count of how many machines are broken. The steam room and sauna have not been operational for weeks. It’s dirty and they can’t even keep the hand sanitizer dispenser full. This club is doing the very least. It’s really unacceptable and I’m planning to cancel my membership since no one seems to care.

Hot Tub + Sauna + Steam have all been inoperational for TWO MONTHS. Being told by staff they are waiting on a "permit from the city" ??? Me thinks they are not going to pay for it until they collect enough annual fees to cover it. And they will not get mine!

Toured this location. It was very dirty in both spaces toured: women’s bathroom/locker room, main fitness area. It did not seem like they mop the locker room or shower area routinely, it was absolutely disgusting. The main fitness area has trash and debris all the floor. It did not appear like they have any type of routine cleaning process. Very disappointed.

I have been going to 24 hour for over 4 years now. This gym by far is one of the worst ones I have seen thus far & I travel to different locations in the DFW. I give it a 1 star because equipment is old and outdated . Also because of overall cleanliness . The women’s bathroom is disgusting. What is the point of having showers available for members if employees can’t even keep it clean. There is mold and gunk in every shower, and looks like the shower hasn’t been cleaned in years. Please do better because I love 24hour fitness, but this location is by far the worst.
