I have been wanting to joined 24 hour fitness. I came in April and May and the pool stated closed. It's the only one with 24 hour access is why I gave it 2 stars. It is now June 29 and pool is still closed. I live 10 minutes up the street and can't access pool. I drive to Mansfield to access their equipment and pool. I call daily to see if pool is open and no one never answer the phone. Poor customer service. I have even sat in the gym to see if they will answer and the answer is no.

when you pay over 20$ month for a membership I would at least expect friendly service/ welcomes. The White guy in the front with the orange hair / arm tattoos was being a d*ck when we asked questions about membership, didn’t even try to explain how things work or tried to help. Killed the vibe for a workout.

Giving this location 1 star is just given it too much. If I had the option to give a 0, I definitely would. I am paying full price to have access to all the amenities at this facility which this location is convenient to my home and place of employment. The hot tub, pool and sauna have been inaccessible for a while now. I feel like if we can’t have full access to everything we signed up for and are paying for then I should be reimbursed for part of my membership fees. We have accepted the fact that the we no longer have 24 hour access to the gyms like we did prior to Covid, but now that things are settled from that we still don’t have 24 hour access.I see where 24 hour fitness has responded to several other customer reviews and I am not expecting a response but would like to see results of from the response you have given other customers from their reviews and mine as well. We would like to see progress and these issues being addressed more than an apology and “hope to serve better in the future”. #TalkLessDoMore

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now and in the beginning I enjoyed coming for the sauna, pool, and workout classes. It seems like over the past few months it has gotten horrible. Pool area has been closed over a month! No sauna pool or steam room available. Multiple Machines broken at a time! Workout classes not actually happening when it’s on the weekly schedule! Random signs being posted in the morning stating this 24hour location is NOT open. This is unacceptable. I’m paying a monthly fee for ALL of the gym. I am upset and this is getting ridiculous for me to pay full price while not getting full access to the gym! I’m considering leaving and going to another gym due to the inconvenience and issues with this gym.

I don’t like the gym at all .. they need to work on it renovate the gym most of the machines are broken all the equipment is old when are they trying to bring new equipment there over all very disappointed about this gym …..Come one y’all need to upgrade machines they won’t last forever at some point y’all need to replace them and is about time !!!!

They have a free 3 day pass offer on website but do not honor it when you get there, they say “ naw we don’t do that”. Please remove this if you are not gonna allow it!!!

Gym is very dirty, I refuse to use the bathrooms and showers because of how dirty they are. Could be a really nice gym if the workers cleaned better.

Why are all the machines broke, the sauna is not operable?!? And cleanup for heaven sake! I relocated to this city, the 24hr fitness where I come from is top notch. No way this facility functions by the same standards. There should be a member discount for going to this gym, nothing works.
