by far one of the most disappointing gyms I have ever been to. I pay $25 a month so that I can have access to every gym in the DFW area, to the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and the pool. I was told back in February 2022 that if I pay 25 a month I will be able to have access to these things but come to find out very recently that most of the members at this gym are paying $10 and they have the exact same access as I do. I personally do not think that is fair to me and to whom ever else is paying $25 a month. I have tried numerous of times to change my membership to the cheaper one and I am constantly getting told I had to wait until my next billing. Not even to mention that there are a total of 7 to 8 stairmaster machines and only one of them works properly. The rest are completely broken. They have been broken for months now. All of the machines need oil or something because they are stiff and don’t move properly. I truly do not see what all of my money is going to. The carpet is disgusting hasn’t been cleaned in months. I would great appreciate it if the general manager or someone higher reach back out to me. This is truly disappointing.

Seriously disgusting, you have alot of people who really are just here to take up space, half this equipment is broken and there’s only 1 poor guy at the front desk to manage everything.24hr really needs to help this guy because this location is god awful

Nothing is working on this location, 8 elliptical machine just 1 is working properly, the steamer is not working, the jacuzzi has dirty water and even is not working the showers just 1 is working, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that has the same view, please people, share your experience to make the management fix everything, not just 1 thing everything.

Equipment needs to be updated as it is always broken. Facility is not sanitary and always nasty. Shower water does not get warm or hot. The facility have potential, but it is evident that the owner don't recognize it, and it is just about the money that they make from the members.

FIX .YOU'RE. EQUIPMENT,this is embarrassing. Y'all always have like one guy running the place and it shows. The stairs machine sounds and feels like it's one step away from breaking down, I would expect this condition from a highschool gym not a professional facility. Most of the treadmills are broken with one of them just having a piece of the broken machine just laying on top of it ,how trashy . This place stinks and needs to be closed down for remodeling

Half the equipment is broken. There is trash all over outside the building. The showers that do work have hair all over the floor and are rusty with age, the speed clock in the pool is broken, the bathing suit wringer is broken, the spa pool is broken. I’m not kidding; it’s tragic.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years since 2009 and here lately it’s been lacking in sanitary clean. Very unpleased and very disappointed of how it’s being maintained

This is a budget gym with a bit of a mixed bag.The good: it's cheap, has a lot of amenities, open 24 hours, has a large facility with a variety of equipment, some places are well maintained(but not all)The bad: some of the equipment has definitely seen better days, th sanitizing bottles are usually barely full or empty, and the places that are neglected during the cleaning are very neglected. The unisex bathroom in the upstairs floor is probably the worst maintained part of the facility. It smells like urine, has toiletpaper everywhere the trash can is overflowing the floor is sticky

I signed up to this gym because of the Jacuzzi and Steam room but for the past year it seems they have them down for maintenance every 2 weeks. Also the floor in the Men's lockeroom is disgusting. It appears that they primed the floor on top of the existing flooring but never placed any new flooring. So the prime color looks like its getting chipped away by the mere foot traffic in the lockeroom. The gym equipment is wornout and outdated. This use to be a Great gym, nice and clean. now its dirty and outdated.
