Matt, the manager, really wasn’t concerned when my 2 yo was bit 6 times while up in the climbing station that he should have never been allowed to climb up. He’s 2!! Five bruises and 1 quarter-in gash. If you have younger children, I do not recommend you leave them, as there are way too many kids to two adults to try to watch.

This place helped me a lot, I weighed 230lbs and after a year and a half exercising here I managed to lose weight and weigh 141lbs. the atmosphere is calm (i think it's because i don't talk to anyone) but i love the place and i hope to gain more muscle here. thanks.

They have a great facility yes. But they are horrible at billing and listening to you about billing. But again as a gym the are greatI have already called and been in there to try and fix things and again they are not there to listen to you they are there to make money off you

Amazing gym, they are so energetic and enthusiastic! The GM Matt is one of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet, he’s a very impactful person that’ll mentally push you to make you better everyday!

They have plenty of squat racks, free weights, machines, turf areas to do dynamic warm ups, punching bags, cardio equipment, and more. There is always a sanitation station within proximity of where you're exercising at. The lighting in the yoga/stretch/dance/picture taking room is great!

Absolutely love this place!! The energy here is outstanding, the staff is always there to help and it’s one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever worked out at! Will always recommend Crunch Arlington to anyone and everyone!
