I stopped by after an appt. around the area and bc I had friends working out there when I got out, I would’ve enjoyed working out with them but the front desk made it impossible. They said since I had already used a free pass 2 years ago I would have to pay a $15 day pass. When I was literally able to get a email confirmation from their website stating I had a free pass and to come on by.

I don’t even know where to start with this club. From the equipment to the amazing prices you are all set when it comes to your gym needs. But where this club goes over the top is in their member experience. Matt, trevor, kayla and Chelsea are some of the friendliest faces to see when walking into this gym. And I’ve never seen a group fitness as put together and run as tight as Marcus runs his ship over here (and at all other locations). And don’t even get me started with the amazing PT staff run by dallas and griff!Too many amazing things to say about this club for one review!

Just started at Crunch a couple of weeks ago and have been attending Nastasha’s Yoga class! It’s been an awesome time. She’s a supportive and very attentive instructor. Always making sure to change up the rhythm of each week! A must try if you join Crunch fitness!

Clean, up to date and friendly staff. Everyone is always eager to help if needed. first gym I’ve been to in a while that I can come is around 5 and still diligently get my work done. also I’m not much of a class person but have been taking yoga for a month now. Nastasha is such and amazing instructor, her classes are always a vibe and good energy. Great for beginners or seasoned yoga doers. and her playlist is always fire.

12/10 gym! Always clean, lots of spray and paper towel stations to wipe equipment. Matt Willis the GM, Kayla the OM, Trevor and Elijah the AGM’s are just so awesome, the PT staff is incredible as well, always a fun and friendly environment, with smiling faces greeting and saying goodbye everyday. No broken equipment, would always recommend this gym!

I’m not much of a workout person, but as I get older I’ve realized I need to get my butt in gear. A few of my co workers and I started a couple of months ago. It’s very clean, plenty of machines to get on, the classes are great, music is awesome. But I have to give credit to Christa Lena and her great Thursday morning legs, core and more class! She is very motivational, encouraging and helps correct my not so great form. Great place for beginners and vets!

Went for a guest membership done it for the past 4 months once or twice a month to workout but today they wont let me in because im not 18 even though i have a whole driver license and been before a bunch of times. HORRIBLE service do not spend your $50 dollar fee money then another $10 a month fee here!!

Was just going to try it out one more time before I made an official decision on getting a membership. But since the “guest” pass and “one time free pass” is the same thing I will be going to another gym. …

This guy Elijah is always so sarcastic and rude. Terrible customer service from him, not only with me but with other people too. I know they were about to close, and I forgot because there was still other clients at the gym, but instead of saying it nicely he would just come up to people like "you do know we're closed right ?" giving me kind of an attitude. He can just be more polite when talking to people, specially clients. The other day I brought some friends as guests using 1-day passes that Christian gave me some weeks before (Christian is really cool btw), and this guy Elijah asked me "who gave you this ?" Also with the same attitude, just because my 1-day passes didn't have an expiration date written down. But we were still able to use the day passes though, so no big deal with that. Also one of the girls from the staff was pushing my friends so hard to get the membership making my friends feel annoyed.I know it's part of their job to sell, but they don't have to keep pushing people when they already have said NO.

I don't recommend it, I signed up because there would be at 4:00 am but now there will be at 5:00 amThis gym after 3 in the afternoon is very crowded and you can't exercise.If you are looking for a gym to do cardio, this is the right one.But if you are looking for a gym to exercise with weights, don't waste your time this gym is very full.
