The facility is very nice, up to date, and has a large variety of equipment! Their locker room is clean and kept up well. Granted, this is one of the newer gyms in the city. Elijah was very kind and helpful; he knew all answers to any question I asked.

The gym is cool, but I’ve only been motivated to workout because of the group classes. My first class to attend was under Marcus and I haven’t stopped taking his classes! The energy and motivation is what keeps me going! His instruction style is also something to rave about! He gives very easy and clear verbal cues!

Illegally Denied access to this location because of my service animal. Not the first time and it won't be the last. I'd be a millionaire by now if I followed through on lawsuits. I choose not to spend my time at places who don't know the laws or at the very least have an ounce of respect. I'd be embarrassed if I was one of the 3 people working when I again...got illegally Denied access to the gym. NEXT.

Awful. Recently had an interaction with Crunch Arlington about my membership and cancelling it. The “manager” who answered the phone refused to give me any information on his supervisor to discuss a formal complaint. I have been getting charged every week a different amount due to NSF of my bank account. You can’t cancel or put the account on pause because I have an unpaid balance. I spoke about how corrupt it is and he said it was like any other “bill” such as an electric bill. Haha. If you can’t pay the electric it gets cut-off, unlike crunch fitness which robs you of money. Someone should be able to pause their account due to being laid-off. Such a corrupt place, you are better off at Planet Fitness or Anytime Fitness than this place.

Good gym, always clean and neat. But the employees are definitely scammers and they love squeezing as much money out of you as possible. They apply extreme pressure to buy their low quality supplements among other things. There is a lot of tricks they pull, Just be careful.

I will be sharing my post AGAIN. Let’s start with Brenda on stumbling across a couple of my questions awhile back while she was intoxicated as in HIGH. She clearly has no knowledge and sucks on giving information. I asked her a couple questions about my membership and some other things awhile back. I left this gym due to her lack of understanding and knowledge. She is a whole mud but child. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THINGS YOU NEVER AGREED TO. Corporate is in the loop with at the moment on how her customer service is. NEVER WILL I COME BACK HERE AGAIN

New favorite gym! I love the convenience of living around the block and the accessibility of the free weights. Lots of space and the little young lady at the front desk is very nice and welcoming. Crunch for the win!

I ended my membership back in September along with my training and got charged October and was assured it wouldn’t happen again and got refunded through my bank. Then I wake up this morning to see another almost $200 charge to my account and it’s January. Pay attention to your bank statements. I have documentation of cancellation and documentation of my claims with my bank for fraud from Crunch. You’re better off going to Plant Fitness or even 24 Hour Fitness. When I called some male employee talked to me like I didn’t understand MY own situation then told me to call back for the Operations Manager while refusing to give me over to any Manager on duty. Be very careful with this franchise and your card. How is it that this hasn’t happened since October…ITS JANUARY. My account was supposed to not even be in the system anymore, at least that’s what I was told. Plus I got a completely new card so my information really shouldn’t be in the system. I look forward to going to to Crunch IN PERSON to fix this matter. I don’t care if they are under “new management”. The company itself is sneaky ESPECIALLY this specific gym. I plan on contacting any corporate higher up I can and using any social media presence to make it known that you genuinely need to NOT go to this gym if you don’t want to be scammed out of nowhere.

Tried to buy a day pass to try out the gym but all employees are very pushy to make you sign up on the spot instead of the day pass. It’s not bad but they have two different bars, one with a smaller diameter for deadlifting and another bar that is really thick and is used for “squatting and benching” the bumper plates are extremely wide and not powerlifting friendly for deadlifting. 4 plates already max out the bar and that’s not even me warming up yet. i tried using the thinner black plates but was told to not do that because it’s bad for the platform. so just a heads up to any powerlifters who want to try this gym, the bar maxes out at 4 plates and if you try 5, you wouldn’t even be able to deadlift it without the plates falling off. i was forced to sign up and i ended up not liking the equipment because it wasn’t a fit for me and the “manager” there seemed to have an issue with me not liking their equipment and tried comparing me with “pros” who are able to squat and deadlift over 800+ there no issue which i find hard to believe because their bar maxes out at 4 plates lol. but just for something for you strong “pros” to look out for.

charged “ late fees “ 3x 4x the actual cost of a membership. Their are several gyms in the area that are kinder , more understanding and do not try to screw over the hard working people of America. We tried to resolve the issue with the main / head company called ABC , and they were helpful. They advised my family that Crunch Fitness Arlington was SOLELY responsible for taking anything they could from my wife’s checking account. The finance manager gave me attitude like it’s “ her money “ even though my wife has paid hundreds of dollars in fees for going about 6 times. It’s as though she is trying to “ WIN “ by not canceling my wife’s membership until she pays 80 more dollars. Don’t sign the contract. Don’t give them any info. BUT most importantly don’t rely on understanding or any human emotion or understanding from Breanna or Brenda to help you. She blames her employees for making mistakes . It’s the ugliest , nastiest companies to work with since since Presidents health club back in 1992.
