This is my home gym just hate how packed it gets now if you can go early I recommend it cause from 5 to 7 you ain't getting on any machine you want lol but can't be helped obviously everyone tryna reach there goals.

Equipment all in order. Staff is polite when you walk in. Bathrooms are clean and it's not overly crowded either

So I got my membership a couple of months ago and when I did the guy told me I could cancel anytime I wanted, so this morning I when in to cancel my membership and the guy in the front desk told me that in order to cancel my membership I needed to pay a fee over $50 in order to cancel it. I told him I wasn’t aware of that because when I got the membership I was never told that I needed to be a member for a whole year before canceling my membership. The staff needs to have better communication with the clients during the process of getting a membership so this doesn’t happen again. I shouldn’t have to pay something that I wasn’t aware of!!!
