Just called and spoke to a lady on the phone. Was not able to grab her name. But I called in regards to joining a cycling class, because I am looking to join one. I asked the lady on the phone if they had one and she was very rude and just said “no”. I then proceeded to say “okay thank you so much” and she just hung up on me. I was still going to ask about getting a membership and ask about what other amenities they offered. But I’m glad I didn’t, If that is how they treat there customers.

I have never been athletic in the past and started coming here over a year. The front desk and the employees are so welcoming and down to earth. The coaches are always so helpful. Makes my life easier not having to stress out on what I need to do for the day when I workout since it’s all planned out. I love OTF!

North Arlington is the best! The front desk staff is always super kind, friendly and helpful. The studio is always clean and I have never had an issue with equipment. The workouts are challenging but doable and it’s insightful as well as motivating getting to see your results from the performance monitoring. And Coach Raven and Coach Kristen are amazing coaches!
