I get it, it has a very feminine brand and perception. I even thought that and reluctantly decided to go with my wife. A month+ later, I really do enjoy it and appreciate what it’s doing for my fitness. The community aspect of it is great for accountability, and I personally appreciate all the technology behind it so I can keep track of my progress. If Cross Fit is awkwardly too barbaric and cultish for you - which it is for me - and you appreciate climate controlled workouts, this is a great option.

Never have I seen the results that I have from not only Orange Theory but from the Coaches here at the Arlington gym. They take the time to get to know you and your individual strengths so that they can push you to show you what you're truly capable of. I'm stronger and faster than ever and that's thanks to Orange Theory and the coaches in Arlington. If you're looking for real results, you've found the right gym! Special shout out to the front desk staff as well for making ever workout so much more fun from the moment I get there!

Only been to 3 classes so far and enjoying it. I don't get bored. There are times at the gym I workout for 20-30 minutes, get bored and leave. This keeps me motivated to commit to the days I scheduled to be here. The trainers keep me motivated in class and the staff are very friendly. The people that have been attending at the time I go have all been nice and talkative, which makes it fun as well.Edit: Going to my 9th class tomorrow night. I find that even after a full work day, I still get excited to attend the 7 PM class. It definitely feels like you get out of it exactly what you put into it. I always leave exhausted, but feeling accomplished as well, which makes me keep coming back for more.

This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever tried. I have joined dozens of gyms throughout my life, but never had the enthusiasm or motivation to push myself to go as much as I do with Orangetheory Fitness. Each workout is different and tough. I already feel my body getting stronger within a short amount of time. The staff and coaches are awesome. They’re super friendly, funny and encouraging. Would highly recommend!

Tried the initial promo class for free. Was not completely sold after the first class and wanted to do a second class before I signed up for several sessions or a monthly fee. The woman at the desk told me I could show up any time to try another class and pay $12 if I did not want to join. When I went to schedule my follow up class the charge was $28. Big difference in cost and $28 is ridiculous for that class.

The fitness piece of this is great but the aspect of billing and customer service is not. It's like any other gym, its all in the fine print. They will try to bill you as long as they can until they cannot. Just be careful, if you want to cancel, it will be at-least 2 - 3 months before its fully cancelled.

I was a member for several months when it first opened and absolutely loved my experience. Sierra made great efforts to know everyone and encourage members on the floor. Courtney (Manager) is friendly, upbeat, and is serious about keeping her gym top notch. I'm sad to be moving to an area where there is no OTF, but this Arlington location has set a high standard!
