The work outs and the coaches are fantastic!! You cannot get a better workout anywhere IMO. HOWEVER, the mismanagement of this location is very frustrating. Different staff members tell OTF members different things and you cannot believe anything they say regarding contests, competitions, prizes, etc. If you want a great workout from great coaches, this is your place (if you can get past the lack of organization and miscommunication from management). Just be warned: you cannot believe ANYTHING management tells you.

So I am a newbie, and signed up for their new member free class online (the first class on a Sunday morning). The day before the class, I received an email stating they do not accept new members for the first class that day; I emailed them back asking if I can go to the following time that day and they never replied. I also called them that day, twice and left two detailed voicemails. I never got a call back or a response. I’m very disappointed in their lack of professionalism, and will not recommend them. I adjust my free time and activities in accordance of my workouts and availability. Again, extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Do not recommend, horrible costumer service.

Absolutely the best gym I have ever been to, really good instructors and very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a very intensive one hour working that work outs your whole body. The workouts are different every day and very challenging. I would definitely join.
