Overall ok facility but the staff does not care about its customers Steven the manager was very un-accommodating I bought a pair of headphones today I opened them right in front of the girl working the desk and they turned out to be wired. I thought they were wireless I have an iPhone 7 and cannot use wired headphones. Steven said that he could not return or exchange them even though I literally bought them seconds ago!!! He offered me 15 percent off another set are you kidding me?!?! After this I think I will be switching to chuze fitness I'm sure they will have better customer service maybe they will value their members over a pair of headphones

Overall I like the atmosphere but the staff here is consistently rude. No one has said so much as hello to me or goodbye when arriving or leaving in over a year. Not even when I speak first. Most of the time they don't even look up from the desk. The machines aren't very well maintained or even at all for most of them except the cardio machines. The trainers are the most rude of all, they take stuff that they watch you using when you walk away for a drink of water. They dive their way in front of you without so much as a pardon us. The bathrooms are always disgusting as well. I've been to others that are much busier but are always better maintained.

Worst horrible customer service ever been to would never negotiate me to be sitting back there with a guy for an hour as one of my MMA fighters try to cut weight we gladly take our business elsewhere you know that's just horrible customer service you would even talk to me he just told me one to be disrespect won't be like don't know if you got to sign up you got to be a member so I wouldn't visit this place at all ever!! Been to the other 24 hour fitnesses and they're okay with me filling out a three-day pass but this guy was totally rude!!

This gym is super small but it is a great gym! I have been very happy here. PT Brandon, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions I had about my own goals. He was able to show me a great eating plan and workout plan that was focused around my goals alone. I highly recommend coming in and talking to Brandon!!

I based my decision to join 24 Hour Fitness entirely on them offering Body Pump, but it's been a great gym besides the classes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worked with the trainer Brandon and saw huge improvements in my fitness. In fact, all of the trainers are happy to answer questions, even if you aren't their client. It's been really convenient that they sell fitness products like protein powder, and they usually have a sale going on. No plans on changing gyms!

This place gets two stars because of the old equipment and space. It seems they just cramped everything in. There is no room between the free weights and the benches. Who thought of that? I always feel like I'm running over people to do anything. And everything is old, they do have a few pieces of new things. No place really to dead lift anything. They really need to remodel their space, it could be a good workout place if they got rid of the other free weight section and expanded. Go to Broomfield super, it's the prime.

Worst 24 hour I've been to. Lighting is dim and yellow pool area has rust everywhere tile is very old. Locker room and lockers all the wood is chipped. Gym equipment is all crammed together and tons of people there getting on free weights is almost impossible. I left after 4 sets on the bench i went home and worked out.

Use to bigger gyms, being from Tx,lot of cardio equipment and can still get a good overall full body workout here. Reason I give it 2 stars I travel a lot coast to coast and always get a workout in at 24 when they are around. Just so happens to leave my tablet at this location, guess what? No one returned it!! Being a member with 24 since 2008 and have never had a issue with theft, never!! I've left personal belongings in lockers without locks, I actually left things before and came in next day and picked them up. This s**t was foul!! 24 is my gym and will continue to workout here, but never again at this location!!

I don't know why people are complaining so much about this gym, I have high standards when it comes to many things in life, but for a gym, be grateful this gym has all it has for $30/month (not including other family/friends on your plan), and it has quite a bunch. Plus, they renovated the pool, sauna, and hot tub, and just bought a kettlebell (one of my favorite toys) rack, and even installed two new rowing machines (also my favorite). This gym also has a nice big instruction room that, when not occupied by a class, makes for an awesome, relatively quiet individual or small group session. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, not afraid to answer questions, and there is a wide selection of machines and equipment. Also, if you want to purchase anything in the store, if you're signed up for it, you can have the staff put your purchase on your account's card so you don't have to fuss with paying, you just tell them to put it on your account and walk right out.One reason I'm not giving it five stars is because there is a machine here and there that is always out of service or something on it (straps, bar, etc.) is loose or needs to be fixed, or a urinal or stall that needs repairing. Then again, some people don't know how to handle equipment properly. Another reason is, the locker room is pretty small. Oh, and guys in the locker room walking around barefoot: wear shower shoes in a public gym restroom, not doing so can give you athlete's foot. Jus' sayin'.
