They have ceiling fans! Also the staff at the location is definitely some of the better group I've met in the company.

Honestly the hospitality is horrible, you can't bring a guest without paying 20 dollars for a workout the front desk is also rude. It's a club not a gym

Great gym! I like the way this gym is set up. The drop down projector in the studio with virtual workouts is a lot of fun.

The bathroom was unusable. Completely disgusting. I've seen cleaner Festival outhouses. Many of the machines are in disrepair, and everything is jammed together, no space. Go anywhere else.

Been a member for 12 years. I do think 24 hour fitness should bring back package membership options as they had in the past. If so, no other gyms can compete with them.

Great facility, with basketball, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, a large variety of weights and machines, and a couple class studios, including one where you can project a video of a class while no one is using it. 4 stars because it's a bit more expensive than other options.

This spacific location has a wonderful employee named Alisha. Recently had a misunderstanding with my membership cancelation. She had a great attitude, assured me she would speak with her manager, and called me back immediately. Everything was resolved and I'm satisfied with the customer service.

Went from planet fitness to this mess of a place. Gym is too small, it looks run down, the machines are everywhere. Why have 3 chest machines together and then have a lone chest machine on the other side of the building? Makes no sense, sure for spacing but it's such a pain. Also machines have little to no instructions for new comers.
