Been going here for over 10 years, been more of a decline in recent years. Aside from it not being open 24 hours anymore, simple things like paper towels and wash bottles are rarely stock. Members can't even play their part to clean when cleaning supplies can't be stocked regularly

This location often does not open on time, which is really disappointing when you get up early to get a work out in. Compared to other gyms I have been to the customer service is lacking. I won't be going here anymore. I'd rather drive farther to go somewhere reliable and more friendly.

The best thing about this gym is the worker, everything else is meh. Needs updates

It has improved in the last year or so. Cardio area now has the audio problem fixed. Cleaner than it used to be. Good value.

Decent gym, awful customer service. I wouldn’t go here just because of how I was treated. Extremely rude and condescending and apparently it was the manager as well.

Time they change their name or live up to it.Reduced hours increase the velocity of the spread of airborne pathogens, by condensing user populations into narrow availability windows that necessitate (relative) crowding.I got vaccinated as soon as was possible last spring. At no point was my critical thinking adversely affected.Alas, I have not had trouble distinguishing between potentially helpful operational deviations and shameful deviations that have used this difficult period to extract additional profits, by taking advantage of people's goodwill and fear. Shot out to Walmart and King Soopers for being community leaders in the implementation of shameful change masquerading as pandemic-quelling evolution.Kudos to 24-7 for summoning the courage to make the organizationally-specific change needed to fight the spread. We all know the threat posed by clean towels. Thanks to the discontinuance of towel service from the rare, few locations which formerly offered it we can all rest easier at night knowing this archaic, killer of a practice has been extinguished.

How are you going to be “24 Hour Fitness” yet you don’t even have the ability to be open at 5am? Waited for 30 minutes to get in at 5am, when they claim to be open, and no one even showed up to open the doors. What a joke this place is. You just lost my membership.

You know, the only reason I joined 24 hour fitness instead of other, cheaper, gyms was because it was open 24 hours. My work schedule is hectic and sometimes I can't get a workout in before starting at 6:00 am and other days I need to get a workout in after getting off late like at 9:00 p.m. I get why it was closed early during the peak of the pandemic, but it's been 2 years with restricted hours, and we've to figure this thing out.I feel like more hours open would be better for social distancing and kind of spread people out more if that's the goal. This particular gym is missing certain key pieces of equipment like a glut ham raise, belt squat and hip thrust machine that are key for core strength, and I've seen at other 24 hour fitness gyms.I'm quitting my membership and joining VASA, longer hours, cleaner gym and more equipment. And it's cheaper!

I really enjoy this gym for the most part good amenities, good equipment, good training items for my football stuff, etc. But there is one thing that I really just can’t deal with anymore, thats the name and the fact they can’t live up to it. I have school at 745 and I normally get up at 530 for school, sometimes I want to try to get a workout in before like some of us we don’t have enough time after to go workout. So 24 hr fitness change your name or live up to it, no other choice.
