Easily 5 Stars! OTF has given me a place to grow mentally and physically everyday. Each workout is different but challenges you no matter how long you have been taking Orangetheory classes. All of the coaches encourage me to push myself during every workout. You can’t go wrong with any class!! OTF Applewood has a very strong community and I have made so many relationships that I’m so thankful for! If you’re looking for the best 1 hour sweat, here it is!

Whatever your goals, be they maintenance or weight loss or muscle gain, OTF can help you achieve them. You set your own pace so it’s perfect for the beginner or the serious athlete. Love Orangetheory!Went to the new Lift45 class last night and absolutely loved it! It was nice having Christine really focus on different upper body strength moves, showing us what it should look like and where we should feel it. She walked around a lot to make sure everyone was comfortable and doing the moves correctly. She helped me with my (I forget the name) push-ups where your hands are close to your chest... because I was struggling. I think adding these lift classes will really help my overall health and body goals! I think next time I might take a normal class in the morning and do the lifting class at night! It was great. Going to the lower body today! 🧡🧡🧡

I have been at Orangetheory for nearly four years now and love it. I am challenged every time I walk through the door. The workout is different every time which keeps me coming back, plus I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do when I arrive. The coaches are great and the staff is friendly. Loving the new Lift 45 class - bonus!!

I LOVE Orange Theory Fitness!! The workouts are intense, but I feel so great afterwards. All the coaches are fun, motivating, and enthusiastic. The staff is wonderful and helpful too. There are so many classes to choose from, I can always fit it in my schedule. I love that the classes and coaches push me, and I really like the variety of exercises in each class. I'm hooked, and I know I'm getting stronger and better each day.

All the coaches are enthusiastic and welcoming. They motivate members to push themselves without being overbearing. They adhere tightly to COVID precautions and have added UV fans and other safety precautions so I feel relatively safe working out. The facility is super clean and all the equipment works well. During the recent lockdown when they had to severely limit class sizes, they scrambled and added more classes each week so members could still get into a class. I like the variety of the workouts - no day is ever the same.

10/10 recommend! For someone who just had a baby and absolutely terrified of getting back into the gym - I have never felt so motivated, thanks to the coaches and front desk staff. They suggested I do a body composition test to get a starting point and then recommended a coach consult for help with a tangible game plan to help achieve my goals. So many awesome coaches to go too who are all certified and love their job, which helps me enjoy my time! Best gym near me is definitely Orangetheory Fitness Applewood

OTF Applewood is the best hour of the day! (Or 45 minutes - highly recommend the Lift 45 classes!) The coaches give you 1:1 attention and motivate you to push yourself more than you would at any other gym. You also get to be surrounded by a community of individuals that will help push you as well!
