Love the coaches, equipment, the ease of coming in and getting my butt kicked. I have noticed a huge difference in strength as well as my cardio health since consistently attending classes. I have more energy and continue to beat goals that I never even thought I would have. It's more than just losing weight, its changing your lifestyle. Orange Theory makes it fun.

Orange Theory is my favorite work out by far! The applewood studio is so welcoming and the staff is always helpful! I love the variety of the workouts! The coaches always push you - the intensity is amazing. Thank you OTF Applewood for being my workout headquarters!

I've been a member for about 3 months and I am hooked! Up to this point in my life I have not been one to workout but now that I have found my flow with orange theory I attend at least 2 classes a week! All of the staff that I have worked with have been so wonderful! Very nice and full of energy. Definitely worth it!

I started OTF a little less than 18 months ago. I had just had my second baby in less than two years and was looking for a workout that would make my pants fit again. I planned on only going for a few months, but I wound up falling in love. The staff is incredible, the location is perfect and the members are extremely welcoming. The workouts are always different, challenging but doable and the results are quick and consistent. My husband wound up joining too. I can’t say enough good things!

I absolutely love the intensity of the workouts! You can knock out a great workout in an hour, just 3 times per week. I'm making noticeable gains and my endurance has greatly improved. Coaches are amazing and really push you to go further.

The workouts, the staff, the coaches, and the COMMUNITY here is amazing. I started as an evening-goer, trying something new. Never did I think that several years and over 500 classes later that I'd be a faithful member of the 5am crew! I've met some incredible people who endure these workouts with me, but we also celebrate each other's successes and encourage each other through the valleys in fitness and life. I LOVE this place.

LOVE this studio and the coaches here. Allison, Christine, Zach, Dylan, Matt--all amazing, positive people that love what they do and care about your health. The equipment is new and clean and the acoustics great. Great energy, music and support during class. I love the workouts at OTF and that I can sign up for any class throughout the day and know what to expect. I left for several months and am so glad I'm back--when attending OTF classes consistently I'm in the best shape. This studio has great a great community feel.

I love this OTF! The workouts kick my butt. The staff is very energized and helps motivate me to keep showing up. I feel much healthier having participated in the workouts on a regular basis and being a highly competitive person, I love the team challenges.

I just started coming to this location after spending the last year at Wash Park. I can say that I absolutely LOVE this studio! It is clean, spacious and laid out well. I have been very pleased with the friendliness of the front desk staff and the trainers have been wonderful as well. I am so thrilled to know that my new “home” studio is so wonderful!
