I absolutely love this place! I was super nervous and intimitated when I first started because I have zero knowledge in kickboxing or work out classes but I soon overcame that struggle. Everyone here is so nice, you're greeted by name when you walk in, the trainers are incredible and really want the best for you. Going in to train is the highlight of my day and it really changed how I feel about working out and I feel like I found my new passion here! Couldn't recommend more!!

SK is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years!! All the trainers are great and super helpful, patient, and supportive! The workouts are 30 minutes, who doesn’t have 30 minutes, and at the end of the workout I definitely feel it! My family has noticed a big difference too! For years I’ve wanted to join this type of gym and I found the perfect fit, great feeling of community so glad I found Surge! Highly recommend!!

I joined the 12 week transformation program. I was at a point in my life where I had been working on myself but I was stuck and tired of being tired. I knew I needed to get physical but couldn’t walk around the block. I knew I needed to eat better but I didn’t care and let myself go. I thought, I will go and see. I went and listened what Mike had to say, no pressure. Mike asked me if I could commit to 3 days a week. Surge would have trainers there to help and also nutrition. Everything that I knew I needed so why not now. Again, tired of being tired. With the help of all the trainers and the nutritionist, I was able to gain strength and started feeling better about myself and my body. I have come a long way, yes, I lost weight but most importantly, I began to get my power back.

I have been so appreciative of my membership to Surge. I joined hoping to find my way back to exercise motivated by fun, enjoyment, and a positive experience without shame or guilt and that is what I found. The trainers are always welcoming (even when i havent been able to make it in for a while), the way they approach training meets you where you're at, the work out is varied which keeps it interesting, and it has includes kickboxing technique in meaningful ways where you're really learning (my favorite part!). They also have a lot of additional opportunities they offer that are aligned with the different interests of the members. My membership gives me exactly what I was looking for and more things I didn't even know I wanted and am very grateful to have!

Surge kickboxing has changed my life. I don’t say that hyperbolically. It truly has. All my life I thought kickboxing seemed like a cool, fun method of learning both physical fitness and self defense. However, the pressure of going into a big class full of people who have awesome bodies and are all already ten steps ahead of the game combined with the steep price of membership always kept me from pursuing. At Surge, I started with a 90-day challenge. I would pay this amount and weigh in and get the meal plans and do this for 3 months and see how I felt. Those 12 weeks flew by! Since my very first workout I have fallen truly, deeply, maddeningly in love with this kickboxing gym! The way they work is EXACTLY what I never knew I wanted from fitness instructors. The workouts are consistently challenging, interesting, fun, and work muscles I would have never thought to work on my own, but that leave me with an incredibly USEFUL strength. I love being adventurous, and this gets me in the best shape to be able to continue saying yes to adventure as it comes along. The atmosphere these guys have created is a whole new vibe from what you get at any other gym. It’s incredibly open, inviting, encouraging, friendly. Whether you’re coming early morning and getting pretty much one on one trainings with the trainer or you show up at a super busy time, the flow model they have set up is super easy to work with, and they manage to make every person feel seen and encouraged. I could go on and on about how much this place has given me.Suffice to say, I stayed past the 90 days, and I now have a habit that I can’t kick.

Surge Kickboxing is a great workout with great people. They have very flexible hours and there is always a trainer to walk you through the workout. I also love the sense of community it offers as they have events outside of the normal workout. For those who have never done kickboxing, it's a great place to start and the workouts are quick and effective so perfect for someone like me who has a busy schedule.

I love the workouts and have so much fun with the trainers. This is a true community. The support here is unreal, and the people are so genuine. Everyone helps keep each other motivated with the new workouts and challenges every week. Throw in all the extra things like boxing and beers, parents night out, etc. I don’t want to go anywhere else for my workouts.
