Over all a really solid place to work out and get back in shape. I love the extras that you wound get at any other gym (massage bed/table and the tanning rooms) the only think I can really fault them for is they don’t have a bench press and a little on the lack luster side when it comes to dumbbells. But everything considered it’s a solid bang for your buck type of place.

Was visiting at this location and I loved it, of course I was in and out but the staff was friendly and it was clean. I've been to several locations in different states and this was a good one.

Plenty of equipment to choose from, employees are always friendly & helpful, someone is always available to help you, equipment & locker room is always clean, plus they have tanning beds & massage chairs. I don’t have anything bad to say about the Arden, NC location it’s great!!!
