A new and clean location. Like all Planet Fitnesses, they have too many cardio machines and not enough free weight space. But this location is far better than the one in Hendersonville. They finally fixed the TVs which is nice. Staff turns over quickly but they are also drastically underpaid based on the recent job posting.

I showed up ,paid for my membership . Went through the process. Then was told my guest couldn't have the spa benefits as myself even though I paid for my membership. If you are going in to workout together both should have the same benefits. SO BEWARE.......!!!!!!!!!! AND TOOK MY MONEY for the first month even though I didn't want the membership because my guest didn't get the same treatment.

Newer equipment and clean locker/ restrooms. Staff is very friendly! Typically pretty crowded unless you're there in the late morning or early afternoons.
