The amount and variety of fitness machines and equipment. The fact that the black card membership also includes the tanning beds and massage beds. Nice gym, very clean and inviting. Extremely reasonable membership dues. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Moved out of the area almost a year ago. I filled out a form for cancellation and I’ve been charged each month. I’ve called several times to try to get this responded but now I’ll be going to the BBB to fix this. I shouldn’t be getting charged for a gym I don’t use or live 3 hours from.

The Staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever I need. The gym is very clean and the equipment is in very good condition and I have freedom to work out without being judge for how I look or how I work out. I have to say I have had several different gym memberships over many years and this gym membership is by far the best. And I love that I also have options to go to any Planet Fitness facility that I want to stateside or world wide. I think that Great! I hope Planet Fitness keeps up the good work their doing. So much better than other gyms I’ve tried in the past, especially the planet located in Hendersonville!! Which is unfortunate because Hendersonville is so much closer- this one is worth the drive. Completely different atmospheres. Staff is super friendly, helpful and always available if you need them. Gym equipment is always clean. The tanning beds and massage beds are also way better here than Hendersonville. Everything seems well taken care of and it shows.

This is awesome place to workout. It's staff at least at Hendersonville Rd facility very friendly. My only complaint is that wish had dumbbells that went up to 95-120lbs instead of just 70lbs. Not all people who lift every are "Lunks". That is my only complaint.

Decided to try a different location than usual and was glad that I did. I noticed that they had updated equipment and even some that my regular location doesn’t have. I like that the hydro chairs aren’t in enclosed rooms. Staff was very friendly.I am hoping that Hendersonville or Fletcher gets an infrared treatment.

Great clean spacious place, love the good natural light. The equipment is new and the cleanliness in the place is great. Love the "Spa" area, it is relaxing and well lit - not too harsh with fluorescent lights.
