I take my stars back. You guys don't even stay open for the hours posted because nobody wants to work for you anymore. I know everyone there, you lied to them all about pay raises and everyone that was worth having a job there quit.Many members are fed up with how you conduct your business and take care of your employees. There's someone new working there every other day and they are just left to the wolves.

Staff are friendly and helpful, it's clean and and just a relaxing atmosphere. There no judgements are what you can and can't do

I've been going to this gym for some time. Overall my experience has been good. The only thing I see lacking is the sanitation in the men's bathroom and the locker area's.I don't use the women's locker room or bathroom, so can't say much about that. But I go to the gym early in the mornings, mainly because there's not a lot of people at this time and the machines / free weights are more accessible. At the Arden location, on Monday morning's the gym opens up at 5:00 a.m. Most other days 24 hours. Staff is always on hand. So why isn't anyone taking care of this or checking to make sure there's at least toilet paper in the bathrooms before it opens or even at least checked regularly on the days that it's open 24 hours. (Early morning mainly) I have seen one staff member that comes in before the place opens and there hasn't been any issues. Thank you to that one special employee. But other employees are not checking. Now if I go later in the day, I have not seen this being a problem. I have mentioned this to staff about this but it's still not being addressed.It seems some of the early morning shift teammates forget about these things or don't want to do more than sit at the front desk and listen to music on their headphones. Oops!You expect members to take care of the equipment and wipe things down and report issues. We expect staff members of planet Fitness to do their job and keep the place tidy and clean and greet people when there coming into this place. This has also been lacking and if you greet them, some don't even acknowledge you. This may be a judgment free place but the respect for members is questionable.Thank you for viewing members feedback and taking care of the problem.

Went to the changing room employee had just walked in I asked her if she could please leave so I could change she told me she HAD to clean place has gone downhill ever since Glenn left the night shift honestly you better off getting a membership elsewhere they say you have to wear appropriate clothing on the floor but don’t let you change EDIT it has now almost been an hour I had waited about 10 min then decided to just work out as I was dressed when I came in I understand that it’s her job to clean and she probably has a schedule and she hopefully ain’t doing it out of malice but I’ve too just got out of work and just would have been in and out of there in less then five min

Enjoy my workouts everytime I go. All facility is very well kept up and clean and every staff member very friendly and helpful.

We went for a visit and left with a membership. Just what we wanted, ten dollars a month, everything we could want. Very clean, lots of equipment and all in working order, nice and friendly employees. Very helpful. With the weather getting colder this winter, nice place to go walk.

Had a great work out. The place is well kept clean.

I wish everyone would clean the equipment when they are done using it.

Still a good place to work out. They need to replace one of the soap dispensers in the men's restroom.

Place is ridiculous over 50% is running equipment that only like 5% percent is getting used while you have to stand around for lifting equipment. remove the running equipment replace with lifting equipment do better!!!
