Truly a " no judgement zone" Decent prices with nice perks. The young man working was incredibly patient and encouraging. He genuinely seemed happy to be there and made our first visit comfortable and fun!Once again, I had a great experience at the Arden PF. Travis was super-encouraging to my daughter and me and helped us have a fun, productive trip to the gym!

Clean and easy to navigate. I do wish this location had the infrared booths but I love the hydromassage chairs and friendly staff, even overnight

Tons of equipment that seems to be in good working order. I like the reminders not to judge or criticize. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Free lockers. Affordable membership! Plenty of parking. With my black card membership, I was able to go to a gym when I traveled and take my partner. (A small thing, but my guest wasn't allowed to try the massage chair, which I wanted him to experience.)I wish there were varied hour-long aerobic/cardio/body pump group classes. That almost caused me to take away a star, but there were too many positives for me to do that. There are some half-hour class offerings but they seem to end up being one on one. Not a bad thing but I miss being part of a room full of people moving together.

Edit... I have to take back the 5 stars. I stopped by again this morning with my guest, the same one I always bring.Laura?? stopped her and said they needed to take a picture to make sure it was her.. what??? This is beyond stupid. I am allowed to bring a quest. I read my contract again and seen nothing about this. Lara said to go on and get it taken at my home club. So guest have to have pictures taken but not members???This is beyond overly stupid in many ways. I love stopping in at this location when we are close. Friendly staff.
