Clean, nice staff, large facility

Lockers are always filthy. Tv's rarely work correctly. Hand soap dispenser has been broken in the men's for months. Staff are always friendly.

Alona the front desk worker was really kind and provided a good information during her weekday’s nigh shift! Hydromassage was good!

Nice and clean gym, and if you don't know about Planet Fitness already, very affordable. $10 a month for the basic membership and annually $39. The black card that gives you access to nationwide locations and let's you bring a guest is $24.99 monthly and $39 annually.The equipment at this location is nice, clean and works right. They have newer equipment than Hendersonville with machines that count the time between sets. Things are spaced out well, with plenty of benches, smith machines, and weights. Lots of cardio machines, it would have to be incredibly busy for none to be available. I have never run into that problem.It gets busy at the typical hours, 4pm to 9pm, but earlier in the day, it isn't packed and overnight, just a handful of people. I've been there between 2am and 4am, there might have been one other person aside from the staff in there. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.If you're a beginner or intermediate, this gym is perfect for you. It gives you everything you could possibly need. If you're insecure and worried about being judged, I feel very comfortable at this gym. People seem less judgemental and less likely to use the place as a hang out spot or place to film themselves (in comparison to places like Golds Gym).My only complaint is that it's not 24/7. Its 24/5 (sort of) and closes early on friday, saturday, and sunday. Would really love to have a place to work out overnight on the weekends.

It really helps a business to have a guy like Kai Rayne greeting and chatting you up.I was in town for A few hours and just stopped in for a forty five minute session... But I spent a lot of time just talking with kai.Very nice man.I found the facilities to be clean and the bathrooms and showers especially clean.Steady hot water, and enough changing rooms... which is not always the case with many planet fitness.As far as the machines, they all worked, and you had all the arm machines I like.Thank you, and Keep up the good work!

Definitely good value for the money you spend!
