Athens PF is my home PF. It's large, spacious, and has tons of weights and equipment. This PF is always clean (even the showers) and I would recommend people visiting use their Black Card here, or if you're a local joining up, I don't think you'll regret it!

Club is clean, overall not a bad club. But I'm standing at the front desk on a busy Sunday afternoon, with 5 other people, waiting for the only person working the club to stop smoking his cigs outside the front door with his buddy. PF needs to take some notes from Chick fil a's customer service book. At least try to be better. The guy has literally looked at us several times while he's outside smoking. Unbelievable.

This place is great. They have tons of exercise equipment to help you lose weight and stay in shape. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even have hydro-massage,(which I love), as well as regular massage chairs, and tanning beds.

Every single time I walk into the Athens location they always greet me right away. The staff is very friendly. They constantly are filling up the sprays and paper towels. The environment is always clean they practice being safe for covid. Also I pay only $21 a month and can bring a guest, get a massage and use the tanning bed.-Chey❤️

I love that Planet Fitness is 24 hours! It was the deciding factor for me when choosing a gym here in Athens. The environment is also a lot more encouraging than I could have expected. I have already made friends through my workouts and am always encouraged by the smiling faces at the front desk. The "no intimidation and no judgment" mindset that PF promotes is inspiring to me and puts me in a mindset where I am not afraid to be myself, allowing me to push myself without fear.

Place is good overall. For some reason, they have not repaired TVs that have had poor images for months and months. Today, they were playing terrible noise that a few people might call music. The big ceiling fans are operating at a high enough speed to distribute Covid-19 from any infected individuals throughout the entire workout area. Probably not a CDC recommendation!

I travel a good bit, and I was tired when I came into the athens PF, the staff was very welcoming. They do have a different set up for Black Card Members for the massage, hydro massage, tanning, TBF, and both members knew exactly what I was looking for. Love coming to this location, bathrooms are always clean too.

Poor management and customer service. Staff not trained properly. I was informed today of completely "new" rules and regulations after being a member for over 2 years and never having any issues in the past. Instead of the General Manager apologizing for past misleading communication from her own staff and explaining the "new" changes no one but herself seemed to know, she instead seemed rude and agitated. I’ve worked in customer service and management for 14 years and would never treat a paying customer that way.

I absolutely love this planet fitness! Always greeted with a smiling face and always a very clean place to work out! Employees are constantly going around cleaning equipment and the environment around them! I recommend everyone to go to this gym definitely worth the money!

poor quality management. dirty equipment, everything is extremely dusty, tanning beds are STREAKY AND UNCLEAN, staff doesn't seem to be confident in their knowledge of the gym. (most employees haven't even been trained properly enough to check customers in) also mask policies are not being enforced/ are very unclear. loved this place a few months back when Xavier was running things....Seems to me quality service is diminishing at this club. And its worse every time i visit. Have since joined crunch.. which i cannot recommend enough....
