The best (most effective), hardest (omg!) 20 minutes of my week. Tammy makes it so easy to get my "bone density training" workout squeezed into my week that there are literally no excuses for not doing it! I love getting to see the progress I make every week.

I have been working with Tammy at Next Age Fitness using the ARXFit machines for just over a year. She offers the “super slow” high intensity training method for those that want it. Love the quick workouts with only a small time commitment each week. I have noticed improved posture and tone & others have noticed too. So glad I found Tammy & Next Age Fitness.

Tammy with Next Age Fitness got me back on track! After falling ill a few years back with an autoimmune disease, I was afraid to get back to the gym, afraid I would hurt myself. 5 months in, I am confident in my ability to work out, under the supervision and with the support of Tammy.

I have done the absolute bare minimum. I show up, I work for the 20 minutes I am working on the machines, and then I go home. I changed NOTHING else. I didn’t add cardio, I don’t eat better, I didn’t stop drinking alcohol, and I traveled. And I still managed to increase my muscle mass and lose fat. I highly recommend, especially if you have even the slightest inclination to try harder than I have. I would imagine the results would be extraordinary.

Strength training is important but it isn’t always easy for me to prioritize and find time. 20 mins a week is enough to maintain and increase strength and muscle mass! All I have to do is show up and Tammy takes care of the rest.

I've been working out at Next Age for about 6 months now and loving it! What is great about it is that you are only ever "competing" with your past self so it is a good workout no matter your level. Tammy is wonderful; she is knowledgeable, encouraging, and keeps track of everything, so all you have to do is show up and try your best for just 20 minutes. I like that I can look back at my progress online and I do feel stronger! It's also an easy workout to do with a mask on, so it's great if you are immunocompromised or around those who are.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first...one 20 minute workout per week? Let me tell you...those 20 minutes are the most intense minutes of my week. I feel stronger, more confident and am excited about staying fit and active as I age. It's never too late to build muscle!
