The gym is clean and nice. I love using the treadmill and elliptical machines which are my favorite to use when doing cardio.

What happened to the 24hour planet fitness’s . Really sucks getting out of work on the weekends to find out your closed. Who the hell doesn’t work out on the weekend?

If you’re anxious about the gym, like I am/was Patrick has classes M-F and will work you out! He will give you that encouragement and confidence that you can do it, whether you stay in his class or branch off on your own! The rest of the team is really nice and helpful too!

Super clean, machines all updated, bathrooms are clean and updated. Walked out of the Smyrna PF due to BOTH the stairsteppers being out of order and decided to come here instead. Husband and I decided we won’t go back to awful Smyrna PF when we’re paying the same for this gym. Literally night and day difference
