The gym is very spacious but limited equipment. It has only one weight room that is usually packed so you don’t get a chance to use the weights or the machines in the weight room. It should have at least 2 or 3 weight rooms in the facility since the gym population has grown and still growing .Furthermore, this gym need to add more equipment at this facility because the equipment is very basic and for beginners. This gym equipment is not for people who want to weight train due to limited equipment/machines for weight training. You will need another gym like Crunch, LA, and etc for more weight training machines/equipment. The price of the membership is not worth the limited equipment/machines. You will have access to more equipment/machines for a cheaper price at another gym.Lastly, members should have a unlimited use guest pass like LA, Crunch gym and other gyms, especially for the price of the membership. I like to bring my friends who can’t afford the membership but making them pay after a 3rd visit is ridiculous. This gym has the potential to accumulate more members and improve to a 4-5 star rating facility if it improve the equipment or add more machines/equipment, change the guest policy, and use the space to add another weight room.

By far the best gym I have been apart of. All of the trainers are amazing, but Caroline and Laura truly inspire me to achieve my fitness goals and be better each day. I have never felt more more accepted in a facility.

Very similar experience to some of the other negative reviews about this gym. While the facilities are nice (large basketball court, multiple racquetball courts, big tennis facility, indoor and outdoor pools), the gym is severely lacking in weightlifting/exercise machines. While the membership base has consistently grown, I would say most members are very considerate of others and don't hog machines. This is the same for most of the athletic trainers. However, one trainer consistently runs a 5-10 station circuit during peak hours at the gym inside the very small weight room and half of the turf area. If you're trying to work out during this time, good luck. You'll be waiting 30+ mins for one of these machines.I've complained about this several times and even acknowledged that circuit training can be fun and effective, but this can be done without taking up so many machines at once. I asked that they consider doing for example: Part A with 3 stations, Part B with 3 stations, etc.I'm in the process of cancelling my membership and will look to go back to Lifetime Fitness or heading to LA Fitness, Crunch Fitness, etc... All of these gyms are significantly cheaper than Windy Hill with more space.

Gym equipment is getting very old and needs to be replaced. Entire gym needs some serious renovations. Indoor courts are empty after 8 PM, and management comes in and sneakily charges you if you just hop on the court to play, even if nobody else reserved the court and nobody else is even on the tennis court to play.Remained a member because of friends/tennis teams, but will not be a member for much longer.Sneaky and bad business practices for a club like this shouldn’t happen.

I was a member of this place for about a year several years ago. I am writing this review because it has THE BEST indoor running track in all of Atlanta. I would be a permanent member just for the track if I lived closer. The building is old but they keep it clean.

This gym is so nice it should be called a James. They have several weight floors, a nice indoor track, every level of class from pilates and foam roller to boxing and cross fit (and tons in between). They also have a dozen indoor/outdoor tennis courts, an indoor and outdoor pool, a climbing wall, and a terrific play area. Most importantly, it is well staffed, everything is always clean and in good order, and their attention to detail is terrific.I typically go before 1 pm and it has never been too busy, but there are always people around so it never feels like a ghost town. I like a nice balance. I imagine that the after work crowd is busy, if you're into that sort of thing. My membership came with a couple of hours of personal training, which has been nice, as well as a cafe credit (which the cafe is terrific). All in all well worth the price. Join this James!

Pretty weird, I write in honest opinions on surveys then get harassed by employees about what I said- extremely unprofessional. They lose $15 workout equipment, I request it from 7 different people over the course of a month, give up and just buy my own from Amazon and leave it at the club. I’m told by staff I can add a second membership and still be able to cancel if I had a full year, all of a sudden, that’s not honored anymore. Theyll do anything to get you in their very very restricting contract. Also, my online account has NEVER worked, I asked multiple times to get it fixed and end up with unfulfilled promises. I requested cafe credit when I first signed up, they told me no, I look at reviews before and after I signed up and see multiple members received these benefits, why’s that? No one has an answer. The tennis program is fantastic, Steve and Nicole are incredible. The maintenance team is top notch and the cleaners are some of the best you’ll find anywhere. Most of the staff is really polite and helpful.

Canceled my membership after 6 years. The gym has never been that crowded . There are so many private group exercises that they should limit after 4 pm. Usually, they took a few exercise machines in the weight section and also half of the space on the green area at the same time, so other people get very limited with workout options.

Just joined but so far a really great gym. I use the name gym loosely, as there is tennis, squash, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room & basketball court.

The gym is nice and clean, staff is helpful and kind, but for the extremely hefty price tag, I was expecting a lot more. I should have done more research prior to signing up.It’s a massive space, but it seems like it was designed really inefficiently. There’s only one real weight room, it’s always packed, and doesn’t have very much equipment. My main frustration with this gym is that there just aren’t many weight machines, and not that many aerobic machines during peak hours either. It seems like some of the racquetball courts or basketball courts could be converted into more weightlifting/machine space.Another frustration is that class offerings on the weekend are very limited, there are plenty in the morning, but there are no afternoon or evening classes. At the price point, I would think that would be something they offer.I used to be a member of planet fitness, and it was a significantly better value for how I personally like to use the gym.
