Windy Hill Athletic Club is not only immaculate, but also offers so many different types of classes/activities at different times on different days that there is absolutely something for everyone. The entire staff is AMAZING and goes above and beyond; from the housekeeping & maintenance folks, the front desk folks, snack bar staff, AJ the manager, Archana (Pilates Instructor), Caroline Hargis (Personal Trainer & Instructor), the rest of the trainers/instructors... Trip, the GM actually takes the time to ASK what would make your experience at the Club better and then takes measures to make your experience the best possible it can be! Much appreciated & well worth the money for my family!

This gym is the epitome of the term "has been". One other review indicates that it has seen better days; this is succinct and perfect.Even a Planet Fitness has better standards than this tired place.

Windy Hill is a wonderful oasis with great classes, incredible staff and clean, comfortable amenities. I have really enjoyed all of my experiences so far. The classes are diverse and so much fun. The staff is kind, supportive and helpful. Even staff members I have never taken a class from are still nice and friendly to me. It’s considerably cleaner than your average gym and is very well laid out.I’ve had great experiences with Caroline, Archana, AJ, Marcia, Sonny & Tiago. The club manager, Trip, is also fantastic and addresses anything we need quickly and effectively. We love being members here.

We’ve been members there for years and always loved the community. We paused our membership when Covid started. We would love to go back but will NOT have our 3yr old, 5yr old or 9yr old wear a mask while in kidtown. For starters, children touch their mask all the time which makes tot not only useless, but a petri dish for bacteria. If they are sick, we keep them home. It’s that simple. The members are not required to wear masks, but kids are??? What a ridiculous double standard.Very unhappy with unconstitutional “requirement”.

Called this facility to inquire about a complimentary pass. Offered some information about my need. Thompson asked which hotel I was staying before answering my only question, and then said "this facility is for members only." Why do you think I was calling? I guess he thinks this is Beverly Hills and not ATL. Thompson! Find a better way to advise prospective clientele! (Sorry about not selecting the Omni for you people!)

Why is it there's only 1 person available to give any information about the club? I called 3 times just to get the monthly price and hours for the childcare. The website doesn't show anything and there was no email response. They stated they'll call me back. The issue with that is I'm calling at these specific times because I am free. Also the answer to the questions would take all of 25 seconds if you're long-winded. Why can I not just get an answer? Why does no one but the 1 new membership guy who doesn't come in until after 9am and is never at his desk, know the answer to these questions? I can't speak on the quality of yhe gym, because the bureaucracy of even the bare minimum questions is wildly excessive.

Called this facility 3 times to inquire about membership and left a message. No follow up to voicemail and long wait on phone. A big red flag if they wont answer sales calls. We a family of 5 signed up with another gym.

Club is clean, equipment workable, never tried the classes. Tried to get customer service many times from staff - workers not receptive or engaged. You pretty much have to go through manager to get anything done I liked the fact that they say they have the air cleaning machines. They raised the price 40 dollar which is too much, I was told due to labor shortages basically. Another way everyday people are paying for Covid epidemic. Very disappointed what I received and how people that have been members are being treated. And as a healthcare worker who takes care of people during Covid. Getting slammed with so much extra money because they can not retain their staff makes me upset. Those of us on front lines have not had a break in almost 2 years. Ridiculous.Update 10/11/2021 - Received call and info from leadership at windy hill that the nearly 40 dollar increase on email was in error. Was able to speak to them and maintain membership. I do appreciate that they saw the issue and made sure it was updated. The club is much cleaner and has more amenities than others in area. So I am glad I could maintain membership.

This is a fantastic club. I initially joined after participating in tennis lessons. Their pros offer a great range of classes based on your skillset. Mehdi is the best. The front desk always greets you warmly and this is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The only time I had an issue, they followed up same day to resolve it.Unfortunately, with COVID, I've rarely gone to the gym and we're spending so much time out of state that it was time to cancel my membership. If Windy Hill had other membership options, for example, a set number of visits per month, day passes or weekly passes, I would use that service when I'm in town.

Best run gym I've ever been to.Little to no non-functional equipment, damaged equipment is fixed impressively quickly, amenities are nearly always functional / available (except under extreme circumstance).Staff is a pleasure to work with, Nicole has drastically improved my tennis game in just a few lessons!
