Moved to Atlanta for 6 months for husbands job. Joined this club…only Wish we had more time here! Was super bummed to not be a member anymore. Tricia was great, she helped sign us up! They are very attentive, amazing classes, nice facilities, great price.

Really loved the place. One of the best places to go out and have a good time. There are a lot of activities within the club and members can spend good time of time to build up their fitness - do zumba, squash, crossfit, swimming, tennis, basketball, weights or relax in a sauna. The people were also very courteous and explained all the features about this place. I think they forgot to mention that there is a corporate membership available for my company. But i will definitely go register in this place after a few months. Been encouraging other colleagues in my office to check out this place and few of them already registered.

Super spacious gym with everything one could ask for. A lot of the activities are a la carte despite the hefty membership cost but It’s worth it considering the great amenities and convenience of a one stop gym. The sauna and steam room are huge perks that make the price tag extra worth it for me.

So I’ve been a member since September of last year and was excited about joining. Thus far I find the front desk staff to be difficult to deal with. For what this gym charges it’s difficult to get answers, help or even book things. I can’t get the swim instructor to return a call. This has been a very disappointing experience thus far. Will not be renewing my membership at this point…very disappointed at the level of member care and customer service! Not the quality gym they claim or want to be

This place has seen better days. The amenities were great when we had them . However, now there are less classes and they all occur at the same time. This sucks so much if you want to do multiple workouts. Also, they need to have a digital display with the classes being offered during the day. So if you wanted to pick up a class you'd know what was being offered. Of course , no one up front has knows. You have to go online to review the schedule. That's such a waste of time. Also, they took away mouth wash deodorant and the coffee bar. These were great additions when we had them. Maintenance wise, there are lots refreshing that needs attention. The turf upstairs needs to be repaired. The cafe is the first place to start. So it's ok for a gym but you definitely won't get an elite experience or feel like it's worth the price point. The staff is somewhat attentive. It is clean as expected.

This club is beautiful but I've been a member on and off since it first opened so I have been privy to its ownership cycles. I took my grandson in to look at it, and the club was clean and very well kept. Its focus had clearly changed since my last visit. They would not waive the registration fee and the monthly cost was over $200. They would only give us a one day pass. I still haven't decided if I will rejoin.

Windyhill is an amazing club with many great facilities however I feel that the food situation in the cafe is unacceptable. In the fresh smoothies there should be fresh fruits instead of the frozen or dried replacements. We should also expand the menu and add sides like a carrot cup. The menu selection feels very limited to me and I feel that it could do with some changes. Maybe a pasta dish could benefit the menu as a whole.

I call Windy Hill my "happy place". I love the staff, the set up of the gym, the tennis courts, the "cafe" and the social life. It's not just a gym, it's a place to workout, work on your mental health, get your competitive side out, and make new friends for life. Would recommend becoming a member to all of you that read this review. I love my happy place!

I was a member of this club till May 2020.It is one of the cleanest gyms equipped with state of the art equipment. But, my main problem here was the sales department. Never received my promotional offer in the year I was with them. Their favorite phrase is "I'll call you back soon" and never do. Please be aware this isn't your typical gym were you can cancel anytime it is a year long contract. Come frequently to justify the high price tag!

We joined to try to replace the club my family enjoyed near our previous home. Clean and nice equipment, but very empty on promises. They talked up their childcare quite a bit. I left my 8yr old there once, with the promise that they'd take him rock climbing in a few minutes. Came back an hour later and he was still standing exactly where I left him, no one had spoken to him or offered to take him anywhere or do anything with him. They said someone didn't show up for work. He never wanted to come back. My older kids were excited to be a part of the squash program there, but we had to email daily and basically beg every day for a chance to spend some time with the coach. We were willing to pay extra for it, and the coach didn't seem particularly busy, but I think he just enjoyed being hard to reach and hard to talk to. Not enjoyable. I talked to staff there about some of these issues but they did not show any interest except to explain/excuse it away.
