I have been a member of the club for several years. I have always been treated very well by the staff and I think they've done an incredible job of making the facility a healthy, safe refuge since the beginning of the pandemic. The equipment is always maintained in good working order for work-outs.

Very clean, organized and friendly environment. I love the group classes and the teachers are so amazing. The pools and spa are my favorite part of the club. I swim twice a week and I feel very comfortable at the women's locker room; so clean, and also everything you need (towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner and hair dryer) are provided.Must say that is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Also, I recognize the work and care with regarding covid measures.

The whoo experience of having a large facility to workout in will get you to join. Until you find out it’s a one stop shop with cheap products and terrible class schedules. The personal trainers only had time to train people during the hours of 11-2 which are great for stay at home mom’s but not for my wife or myself who have normal jobs. After that we never heard anything back from the trainers, it’s literally a joke.If you like Wal-Mart then you will love this gym! Go ahead and join and be stuck in a contract for a year without ever being able to try the gym out before you join.FYI- you do have 7 days to end the contract after you join.Check out Orange Theory, F45 or your local apartment gym, they all are better and more affordable.

LOVE this club! Initially checked out a few complementary classes taught by fitness guru, Tricia Grantham and was sold after she gave me a tour and rundown of membership benefits. Incredible variety of group classes ranging from aquatic, yoga, mindful meditation, Pilates, boxing to spin with different levels of intensity. There's also full court basketball, indoor & outdoor pool, tennis, spa and Kid Town for littles. The staff is friendly, instructors are amazing and cafe is fantastic! Reach out to Tricia for a tour or club pass. Your body and mind will thank you.

The overall facilities and activities available including swimming led by Keith and yoga led by John were great, but my experience with membership will prevent me from ever being a member here again.I received a preferred member rate for being a part of my company, which I paid ahead of time for 6 months. Branden “Taco” Raby was the sole person from membership I worked with and he stated paying ahead of time would lock in the rate. He knew at the time I signed that I was leaving in 3 months for work relocation and we agreed the contract allowed me to regain the balance I wouldn’t use for the remaining 3 months less $50. My contract stated this explicitly. When I sent in my relocation request to Branden, he would not refund the money since he said it was my company’s “policy” to have no refunds despite the policy not being apart of the contract I signed. He also charged me for an additional month instead of just 6 months and lied about me getting my initiation fee refunded after visiting the gym 8 times in the first month. He sent me gift card, which I repeatedly told him was a credit not a refund, so I can “get more smoothies.” To be fair, this initiation fee refund was not in the contract and was something Branden said verbally, so I can’t hold him to his word.Branden is either incompetent or purposefully deceives new members and does not abide by the signed contract. It was “only” 4 months of membership fees, so I did not pursue this breach of contract any further after I was refunded $42, which is what I prepaid for 6 months less 3 months of the normal member rate.Only become a member here if you are certain you will be here for a year, and I strongly recommend working with someone other than Branden from membership.

I'm currently a member of this athletic club. The quality and number of amenities is astounding for the price. As a competitive swimmer most of my life, I enjoy using the pool because I have yet to wait or share a lane. Even outside of aquatics, I feel that I rarely have to wait to use equipment or machines. In addition to general exercise rooms and weight rooms, there are two full basketball courts, several squash/racquetball courts, a group boxing area, group cycling, many tennis courts, an indoor and outdoor CrossFit area, and an indoor track. There is also a cafe, which serves food and drinks (alcohol included).

I have been searching long and hard for a new gym to attend. But I feel like my search is over. Windy Hill Athletic club is one of the best places I’ve visited in a long time, and they ARE EXTREMELY clean and sanitary. I literally witnessed every machine get wiped down after EVERY use, so if your skeptical about viruses, just come here. I was able to connect with a guy named Dezz Johnston. He was very professional and he Provided me with so much information and security with joining the gym. Very professional and told me exactly how my experience would be with no extra fluff. Can’t wait to be a member soon !

I've been going to this facility for a little over a year and I've fallen in love! It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. It truly does feel like a community. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even at it's busiest times, you never feel overcrowded and can get on the machines you want. I love being able to sit in the cafe on my work from home days (plus the food and drinks are delicious)! I feel like no other gym can compare. I'm missing it so much during this COVID-19 period. Speaking of, they have handled everything with grace and have gone above and beyond to during this time to keep everyone in the loop. Couldn't say enough positive things about this gym. If you are on the fence, DO IT!

I will say that the amenities at this place are great but they have a somewhat predatory way of doing business. They lock you into a contract where you must pay the recurring membership fee unless you prove to them you’ve moved to a new address outside a certain mile radius from their gym. After eating about 4 months of costs without using the facility just to get to the end of the contract, I contacted the “interim general manager” named Trip back in May to cancel the subscription. No response, another $77 charge out of my wallet for nothing. June rolls around, I follow up on the same email thread to my good buddy Trip to figure out what’s going on.Still no response, another $77 ding on my card. I finally call today and they “said” that they’ll send me a resignation form I have to fill out and get to them before the 20th, else I’ll be charged again. It’s only been 30 mins since the call, but still no resignation form in my inbox. I’m fully prepared to have to go out of my way to travel to the place itself to get someone to help me cancel. If you like the place/amenities here, great— the price may be worth it. But if you want to cancel your membership get ready to jump through some frustrating hoops. Heaven forbid you want to cancel within your first year— they’ll ask for everything short of your firstborn child to do so.

I was staying at the Marriott down the street and could not stand to use the hotel's gym. This is totally worth the $10 day pass! I recommend talking a walk on the indoor track then go take a group exercise class. After that, either hit the gorgeous showers for a spa like feel or bring a suit and sit in the hot tub! They have a nice cafe to get a meal from after your workout or you can go across the street to some options.Friendly staff and stunning gym!
