Great place for fitness. None of the extra stuff that the more expensive clubs have. Starting a routine or continuing a routine in fitness doesn't have to be complicated. The most important part is having a plan and committing. Planet fitness allows for you to do that.

Auburn gym is clean, well run and had newer machines

This gym was perfect for me as I would used to workout here after work at night. With the new 10pm closing, I can no longer do that. It's not just me either, there was always a fair amount of people working late too. Disappointing change.

Love the new Auburn location. It's smaller than some but it's so nice to walk in and receive a warm welcome!

Since this gym is now ran by new people, it has really gone down hill & falling apart. Machines are breaking down one by one everytime I go in. And members are misinformed on hours & rules. And I think the rules are different for white members then people of color. I was told I couldn't have a small backpack to carry my phone and keys while I did my workout, but there was people of color with bags hanging off their equipment they were working on. They weren't talked to, but I was. And there's always a turn over with employees. I wonder with the new people that took over, if their goal to is run the business to the ground in order to close it. It sure seems like it. There is no business sense running the gym, and I can't see it surviving. There's no communication with members on anything when there should be. Membership canceled. Problems solved. To answer your reply, I have talked to the manager at the Auburn gym, and I don't think it got any where. She said the gym policy is only draw string backpacks on the gym floor, and I need to read my copy of the policy. Well, I did and it states no gym bag on the gym floor nothing about small backpacks regardless string tie or not. And I wasn't allowed to finish my workout unless I locked it up. Your sign in the locker room states not to leave valuable in the locker room. That includes keys and phone. Why do I have to use 2 lockers, because the manager says I can't use my small backpack even if I put it on my back. I'm hoping this isn't a skin color issue. I don't want to think it is or hope it isn't. The rules should apply to all, not to who you choose for rule to apply to.

I am really torn about this place. Staff is nice! Music is sometimes loud where I can hear it through my headphones and that's annoying. We just had a period where a ton of machines were broken but I think those are finally getting fixed. For some reason they show the hunting channel on a few of the TVs so when I'm on the elliptical I gotta get the visual of guy shoulder deep in a deer carcass. I'm not vegan by any means but that's not the vibe I like to elliptical to. (Pictured). There are a lot of machine hogs who just text. Especially on the ab machines. I liked it a lot more when it first opened. So again. Torn.

How Do you think you could change the hours of operation, which was condition of my contract without informing your customers. I am done!! It is 400am and I am sitting in the parking lot with a security car circling me and vehicle. Inexcusable business practice!!!!

Im a delivery service man working in whole US. I was checking in and have to go in car to show them my driver license. Than I have to go in car for my shower staff on the way back in they was ask me ID again. It is happening only in this jim during the hole year. So if I'm from other than Washington state they not trust in my black card membership even I was told when purchasing it, that it shoul work in whole world. That is sacks.
