I don’t know the names of any of the staff and despite that I still enjoy my time here. It’s a pretty chill place and easy going. Even during busy peak times it’s easy to adapt my workouts because of the variety of machines they offer. The gym stays clean, and I haven’t had any negative experiences here which is all one could hope for.

Great machines, however facility is extremely busy all the time. More free weight benches would be nice as we have to wait for something to open up. Facility is clean and nice just amount of people per equipment is at an odd ratio.

Gym is clean, workers are friendly and the hours are awesome. I swim three days a week pretty early in the morning and have never had to share a lane. It’s wonderful!

This gym is always packed. Men come in groups and hog the machines. Usually talking to each other or playing around on their phones, and then don’t wipe down the equipment! I called to cancel and was told it was canceled. A month later guess what I see a charge and realize my account has in fact NOT been canceled. So I had to pay for two extra months bc you have to give 30 days notice. Poor customer service!

I tried to love this gym but it got to be too much. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Showers are hardly ever cleaned, no soap, broken heads/cold water and people leave trash throughout the locker room. Toilets full of TP and waste it’s awful. Sometimes it’s like the locker rooms don’t get cleaned for days. Floors are grimy and caked with dirt. The equipment selection is good, could use more benches, but always dirty. Some of it isn’t even secured to the ground like the shoulder press machine or decline bench, you wobble while doing sets. Always packed no matter what time of day you come in and sometimes it’s hard to get what you need. I loved going to the steam room but it always felt nasty as well since people leave trash in there too and the swimming boards. The workers should focus on cleaning the gym regularly instead of flirting with each other. People leave their rags around after wiping off equipment, always messy. You def get what you pay for with this place.

Hands down, the most fun, happy and relaxed gym I’ve been to. Friendly staff, elite trainers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool, massage chairs & tanning for an awesome price. Always great people watching if you aren’t watching Sports and/or entertainment that’s on the televisions, great music if you forget the headphones & just an overall great, positive vibe & clean atmosphere. Beginning gym rat or an expert; there’s something for everyone at VASA Fitness, especially my home gym at The Quincy Club in Aurora, Colorado.

I thought this was going to be a nice gym from the way it looked, but I was definitely wrong. There about a dozen machines in there that haven't been fixed for months and they are starting to run out of machines. The weight machines, a lot of them are broken too. They never seem to clean or fix anything. You would be better off going to Planet Fitness if you don't do any of the classes, at least they fix all their stuff.

On the good side, it’s a big gym with lots of equipment, lots of classes, sport courts, and classes. Instructors have been pretty good. I like the massage tables. On the bad side, it is dirty, vibe is stand-offish, equipment is broken, and front desk staff often lacks good customer skills. There are no floor monitors so I often see people doing dangerous moves and they don’t care when I say something. And I got a skin infection from the hot tub.

My PT is great! She really pushed me to try my hardest. The gym is always clean and I love that I always see members and staff wiping down the equipment. The atmosphere is welcoming. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the price is a bit high in my opinion. (That might just be a me problem though 🙃) …

This gym has gone downhill since Mike the former GM left. The other day they were allowing two kids to hassle folks inside the gym, trying to work out, to get signatures for a bill to supposedly lower property taxes. Anyway, the front knew about it and continued to allow them to do this - that's not what I come to the gym for.And DANG this place is dirty. The restrooms are vile, machines dusty under and around them, floors sick. With this much volume in the gym ya'll need to sort out your cleaning contract or something. There are always 5 kids standing around behind the front desk yo, get someone to do something and clean the facility. I wiped one of the bench bars down and the pic is what that looked like. You gotta wipe down the weights and bars once in awhile, Vasa.
