If I could leave zero stars I would. absolutely horrible business practices. They say you can cancel your gym membership anytime but good luck doing it! And by the time they get you to where you can cancel your membership, there's all kinds of hidden fees and ridiculous stuff you have to do just to cancel. I could not be more upset. Absolutely terrible

Rep that showed us around was very short and rude . Sign up fee ridiculously high priced! Very minimal machines saw people waiting in line to use. Cleanliness of location was disappointing. Kid care option only offered if you sign up for a higher priced package that included a lot of features we didn't need!

Equipment is broken all the time. Simple things too;Squeaky bolts that could easily be tightened but nobody ever does even that. The bathrooms are disgusting and never tell the soap dispensers....and the front staff is about as helpful as a brick wall. All they do is text on their phones.. They don't even lift their heads half the time you walk in. This place needs better management. It was great before.(also.. thank you sooo much for the same copy paste message you give to all people who complain. This is the outstanding customer service I've come to expect from you👎🏻)

This used to be an amazing gym, it really did. It all started going downhill a couple years ago though. The free weights and cardio equipment are still good, but the locker rooms and pool area are a disaster. Somebody had the bright idea to put in sparkly white flooring in the locker rooms a couple years ago that shows filth really well and is absolutely horrendous. The floors aren't cleaned, probably ever anymore. They look dirtier and dirtier every time I go in the locker rooms. It's like there's dirt and mud sludge everywhere and it's extremely gross. The pool and steam room floors are the same. There's gunk on the bottom and edges of both, and the pool has at least 2 types of mold growing on the surrounding concrete. This place really needs regular cleaning and honestly to get rid of the nasty white flooring and revert to the old concrete floors. (I've been going to this gym for 5 years now).

I would do a 2.5 if it was an option. Here is my breakdown.Pro's:Wide variety of equipment and amentitiesWhen it's busy, don't have to wait long to use any equipmentStaff was niceCon's:They have windows when Kids care is available but you have to book an appointment and the longest you can book for is 90 minutes. Compared to other gyms like LA Fitness, this is subpar as they have their window of time as well but you can go up to 2 hours and you don't have to book an appointment which is a lot nicer for customers who have children.Watched one of their male coaches train someone and they had them doing overhead dumbbell press. That was fine but the coach was spotting him with his hands under the customers elbows which is an improper spot for that lift. It should be the wrist. If you spot the elbows, when the forearm gives, that person is going to smash their face with the dumbbell. So it was sad to see the staff might not be properly trained.

Really liked it here !! Super nice gym, really like the layout compared to the Westminster one, felt nicer. I really like the Thornton one too but would definitely pick this one over there if I lived closer.

Technically i would say 2.5 stars.Tried several bikes and they all have issues. None of the water massagers are working. I was told that they are waiting for the chips. I want able to use the other massage chairs as they were reserved but not being used.Still waiting to see how the person who referred me is going to get their credit as the person who enrolled me said she could take care of that.At between 10 and 20something a month it is what it is.

I have been to this gym 3 times now. Each time there have been several sanitation stations that are out of wipes. The swim suit machine has been broken two times. The showers smell like feces and are all out of soap in the dispensers. Several machines are always broken and not available for use. It is terrible. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I am also a member at Chuze. And Chuze seems to at least keep their gyms clean and stocked. I do not see any broken machines at Chuze as often either. So far Vasa feels like the armpit of gyms.

2 Stars because when I was able to go to the Gym it was nice, I enjoyed it really still only went a hand full of times since I lived far from it. BUT the customer service is horrible. I called to cancel and they wanted to charge me not only my monthly fee which isn't due until the 27th and the annual fee. Why would I pay the annual fee? Or the monthly fee?? Yes I haven't been in 18 months for health reasons and yes I could have called and cancelled, I didn't ask for a refund of any sorts but to pay $66 to cancel when I haven't used the facility is ridiculous.

To be clear, I only go to this gym because it's significantly closer to my house than any other gym..I already left a negative review but I needed to log into another account to leave another review for completely different reasons then the first.1. I'm a guy and I'm not very picky but these bathrooms are disgusting. Both toilets in the men's were covered in #2 and therpaper treas toilet paper strewn everywhere. Worse then a gas station.2. The water fountain has been broken for nearly 2 weeks.3. The row machine (on the cables) is broken.4. Extreme lack of flat benches.5. Poor layout, for example, the squat racks all face directly towards a main walkway and you look down the hallway to the bathroom when using one of them and make eye contact with whoever walks out of the locker room while you're doing a set.6. Once again, the layout of this gym is terrible and it seems there was hardly any thought put into where any of the equipment is or which direction Any of it faces or with any care to providing good walkways throughout gym.7. 80$ fee to sign up for single location, 10$/month plan
