Wow. Had my identity stolen. Had to cancel all my cards etc. Canceled the card vasa was on and let my membership expire, had started going to a climbing gym anyway, so no worries, right? Just got a 219$ bill from an attorney demanding I pay for a service I didn’t sign up for or ask for. Do not go to Vasa. Decent gym, as long as you don’t want like hot water or soap in the shower tho….

Julie at the front desk greets every time with an amazing smile and VASA has great customer service. The facility is super clean and we have had no problems getting a great workout in!

Where does the money go? The leg machines are all in terrible condition. The bathrooms are disgusting, seems like they are almost never cleaned. Seemsl ike half the machines should have an 'out of service's sign but they said screw it, it works good enough.

I love this place. It's clean with top of the line equipment and every machine you could possibly want. There's plenty of equipment and dumbbells for all with the friendliest staff. So glad this vasa opened. You'll find me here everyday!

My son somehow started a membership here about 3 or 4 months ago he is only 16 and he signed up with his checking account he said the first month was free? $40 is not free then I went in and tried to cancel the membership telling him that he was only 16? They said that it was going to be $110 to cancel the membership I just got done paying the $40 they said I can put the membership on hold for $10 for 2 months I did this after 2 months my son's account was charged another $90? I'm sure this is a good gym but I feel they are taking advantage of my son I strongly recommend do not letting young people join the gym if they are your children? I feel like they are ripping him off and I am having to pay the consequences! This is not a reflection of the people that work there this is a reflection of the company money money??

I like the group fitness classes and the staff is friendly. However, I felt that the gym is not very clean, especially the sauna room always has an odd smell. I have gotten sick a few times after using the sauna. I tried to downgrade my membership since I can’t really use the sauna because of the hygiene but they charge to downgrade the membership as well. I would really appreciate it if the staff could pay more attention to cleaning the equipment especially the sauna and steam room on a regular basis. Thank you.

This gym is trash. It's always packed and half the equipment stays broken. I mean for $10 what do you expect? Probably one of the worst gym options in Colorado. Let's not mention the $50 annual membership fee. Haha what a joke.

If i could give 0 stars I would, this place is terrible, this specific location’s customer service is TERRIBLE. on october 5th at around 6 PM i was terrorized by one of your employees, she was so passive aggressive and blatantly rude to me, i felt unwelcome and like I was secluded. She and one of her purple haired acquaintances ganged up on me being extremely passive aggressive and patronizing me about a free guest pass, i told them it was my first time being in the facility and clearly second guessed me by talking to me about the membership in the 3rd person. then her friend came and began to antagonize me and tell me that I needed an ID check even AFTER then fact other people getting tthe free trial did not have ID checks, she gave me a fake smile and an attitude that was uncalled for. I am 19 years old and I can show you my ID, I told her i was underaged because of how comfortable i was being attacked by these 2 employees, and just left with them having no concern, absolutely disgusting behavior. I went to the vasa on colfax and was welcomed with open arms, i used the facility and was even given the tour the guest pass says you can have. I don’t know what kind of messed up childhood she had but that was blatantly rude and made me feel unwelcomed, will never be coming to this facility and if it is, to talk with a manager if this review isn’t answered properly with justification or some kind of consequence for these villainous actions. In conclusion DO NOT COME HERE, VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY PASSIVE, FAKE SMILES, TERRIBLE BASKETBALL COURT. Other employees are cool and i could tell by seeing ho they leeft the situation alone and helped other customers. Your facility smells like pig grease lard and very unwelcoming.

There is a large selection of equipment, activities and friendly employees. The huge downside to us was, and luckily we were using our trial passes, none of the equipment was available. We decided to not go with this gym for that reason. I spent over thirty minutes waiting for equipment to become available that never did. In the span of the 40 minutes we were there I was only able to get on two machines which had nothing to do with the workout program I had wanted to do that day. I was upset that because of how busy the gym was, it dictated which muscle groups I was working out. Anyhow, I also was thrown off by how the weight stack on one of the tricep pull down machines didn’t have numbers indicating what the weight was. So that was interesting to decide what amount to use.

This location is pretty diverse and multicultural which is great. However, the gym is way too crowded and out of standards.Cleanliness: is totally abandoned. Restrooms always stinks, showers are moldy, running out of supplies. There is zero papel towels, only 1 toilet at the man’s restrooms.Equipment: machines are old, broken and unadjusted. There is a lack of accountability and management. Every week there is at least 3 machines broken. There don’t care about the equipment period. A lot of equipment it's although missing, you have to have your own accessories otherwise you will not be able to train. Water fountains quality is poor. They don't change the filter often. If you have the opportunity to visit a better gym and facilities please do.
