Busy place but people are generally cool to let you jump in on a set as long you can lift the same. Be nice if they'd let you increase the pressure on the hydromassage tables. Wouldn't mind if they could open earlier than 4am I'd rather work out before work instead of after. But still good place to work out.

Ad says $1 down and $9.99 per month with no contract. I went into the Aurora location to sign up. After you join there is an additional $49.00 fee. Typical bait and switch. It gives health clubs a bad name. My advice; get a home gym. Then you know exactly what you’re getting. Total scam!!!

Lacking equipment compared to other Vasa locations. Lots of things are in disrepair. Not so bad that they don't work, but it seems like routine maintenance hasn't been done in a significant amount of time.

Great facility. Spacious, equipment always available; lots of amenities including pool, hot tub, and basketball courts. If it’s all about the “workout” you can get it done here efficiently and without a hassle.

This gym will reune your credit score!!!Owning properties in so many states sometimes I have to stay months in one. place while repairs take place. I have memberships from DC to San Diego and this gym had covid rules that made working out at this gym horrible. Closing showers, locker room, mask everywhere. Staff was told by managers to strongly enforce it. Much worse than other gyms in the area. I switched, paid my last bill with a rep at the front desk while on the phone with another rep on speaker phone. What happened is they never canceled anything, they charged me and my family for memberships after canceling, signing agreement, then we had to pay for two more months we had after we had stopped going. It was done! After all the phone calls and back and forth with the staff or so we thought. After moving I get a noice from (Aldo's and associates) for Another $189.00 which only appears after it reflected the credit score. This is the only gym that does this. Please let this gym pertinently close!

From a value standpoint, I don’t know how you beat VASA. Friendly staff, tons of equipment, affordable membership options. Obviously, with these positive attributes comes tremendous popularity, and as a result you’ll need to pick and choose your workout times to minimize the crowds. At the end of the day, however, I consider that a small price to pay for the value received.

I switched from Planet Fitness because I needed to go to a gym that I could bike to. I had switched to PF around the pandemic because Vasa was always packed and dirty. I had higher hopes for Vasa as a new location opened. I was correct in that it would reduce the amount of people, but the gym is still dirty with many issues with the machines. I am pleased with the classes so far and will continue attending; however, I am hoping the staff will do a better job with maintaining the cleaning wipe stations to ensure machines are being cleaned after every use.

When I went to enrolled my wife, my kid and myself everything went smoothly and the person was pleasant enough to not only enroll us but walk me around. I was there alone . Today (. 1-23-23)my wife and my daughter went to the gym for the first time it was not pleasant and the customer service was very rude. I would like to speak to a manager this week to correct this. Really disappointed with my experience here. I wanted to like it and it first it seemed like a well run institute. But don't be fool, just like any other gym cancelling any service is a hassle. I was not told the requirements of cancelling personal training a month in advance, and my personal trainer left so I paid extra for someone I didn't even have training history with. On top of that- I was charge AGAIN after cancelling all my services, which I did in person, in SEPTEMBER. But of course, no one made a note of that even though I spoke with someone from the team 5 times. FIVE TIMES. Now I am having to chase someone down in their billing apartment to get a refund for changes that were made in January. This is theft, I have now paid for two extra months that I have no used the gym for. No one ever told me that I needed to call a separate department to cancel my membership fully. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM.

What an absolutely predatory company Paramount is as a billing company and cancelling your membership is a hassle.I haven’t been to this gym in over two years and it turns out they kept charging me the entire time, thanks VASAThe gym itself is huge and it can be hard to get your workout in, just go to LifeTime Fitness.
