I really only attend the classes which are for the most part great. The instructors really push you hard and are good at correcting class members on form. I am only disappointed because recently they have gotten rid of a body pump class and a yoga class. I hope they replace the classes. Also, how many dance classes does one location really need in a week???? 1-2 a day? Please. EDIT: Thanks for adding back yoga and varying up the group fitness schedule! Body Combat and HIIT are awesome additions.

If you cancel your membership they will still charge you. I have had other gyms do this for one or two months after I cancel but VASA did it for two years and sent it to collections. I will be reporting the better business bureau as well.

Everything is broken, like literally half the machines. It's dirty, it's extremely overcrowded you can't keep your heart rate up b/c you have to wait so long to use a machine. FIX THE EQUIPMENT and come up with a strategy for all the memberships you over sold! Oh and it's hot as heck. Why not have fans? I get about a million texts a day regarding sneaky promos. Why not worry about pleasing the members you do have? It's clear their strategy is to just trap people in a membership, pack em in like sardines, and once they are in who cares if they are pleased with the gym and service b/c they already got ur money. No integrity!!

I have lost my motivation to come back to this gym. Their hosts or greeters are a so rude. Weeks ago I went with my sister to the gym. My sister scanned her phone, I sorta took my time because I didn't have my phone ready. Once I scanned it, one of the girls that works there started yelling " what about your guest!" There was 2 more people there and I didn't know who she was actually yelling to. She kept on going as if she was yelling at cattle, until my sister had to tell her she wasn't a guest, that she had her own account, she scanned it again to prove it. Later that same day, we wanted to use the massage chairs, for which one of the guys, days ago, had showed us that we could scan the pass and use it, so that's what we did. But another of the guys that work there came to us in an threatening tone "Ladies, excuse me ladies! You have to come to us in order to use the chairs." We explained that last time we came, we were told to just scan and use the chair. He said that it was no longer that way and stood there like expecting us to get out when we had already scanned out phones. Not sure why your workers seem always so frustrated and angry! I haven't seen any of them wiping down the chairs, I don't mind doing it myself but the sign says we CANNOT USE THE SANITIZING WIPES and is all we are guven inside the chair room. Whenever I ask for service they tell me the chair number but No one comes in and wipes it down, even after I used it... i get it, sure other customers break stuff, the place gets packed!, and I have no issues following policies and rules. But it is not the first time I don't feel welcome. I regret signing up with this gym! I live so close to this one and I don't drive, so I felt motivated to do it. Besides seeing people working out in sandals, broken massage chairs all of the time, homeless eating or sitting outside; and people rushing you to use the machines that sometimes have a terrible view in the angle they are positioned. I just have lost any motivation to come back. This gym has potential, but it is very small and space to spread machinery around seems wasted. The floors are uneven and sometimes you can trip or twist your foot. Now I am stuck with a subscription where I can't cancel until after 6 months has passed. Not sure what to do, I just want my money back.

It’s been a long time since I felt good about going to the gym, it’s very overcrowded here so there’s no good parking, and a lot of the equipment I want to use I have to wait for. I always hold my breath if I need to go in the locker room because it smells horrible and the cleanliness overall at this location is questionable. The only benefit was that it was close to home. I was told there was a $25 cancellation fee, but it was in fact $72 to cancel my membership because of a locked price guarantee? Why would I need to pay for that to cancel my membership especially when I haven’t been there in 2 months and the prices have not changed since I started here. I’ve been a member since 2017 so I can genuinely say I should have just invested in equipment for at home or in a more clean, less crowded, more genuine local gym and that I do not recommend buying a membership here.

This place is great if you love standing around with a hundred other people waiting for a scarce bench to open up. Pretty sure they approach the fire hazard limit in the evenings.

Really love this gym in the Cardio cinema is such a neat idea and I love the dark room to work out in. Plus there are so many amenities and great classes! It does tend to be a really busy but that’s OK

I would have given this a one star but I do appreciate the Studio Red instructor and the gym manager trying to fix things. But after giving thought, I will be canceling my membership. The first interaction as my friend (who’s in a cast/boot) and I walked in and immediately greeted by the white, blonde girl (didn’t get her name) working the counter Tuesday (04/02) at 5pm. The first thing said was, “Ummm why are you here?” We ignored it. I explain this was our first time at Studio red. Immediately looked at my friend and started to tel her everything she can’t don’t. We were trying out this gym because PASE at 24 was closing. I was having issues signing in as this was not clear in the email when we signed up online. She was extremely impatient, and when I would try to explain, she cut me off to tell me again how she can’t help me.Another friend walked, saw we’re arguing, and pulled me aside to talk to the instructor because she knew she would fix it. Which she couldn’t but immediately was like, not a problem! Let’s go to class and worry about it later. She directed us to the studio and shared that she would be in about 2 minutes. My friend and I walked in and a different instructor (didn’t get her name) did the same thing. “Why are you here? You can do this or this or this. Why are you here?”Overall, disgusted. I wasn’t a fan of the layout of the class. The instructor still was cool. After, like I said they tried to fix it and invited us back to try another class. I woke up the next morning and still feel that this experience was horrible. People go to the gym to be encouraged and I truly felt torn down and my friend felt worse.I will be requesting a refund. I would like a manger to reach out to me because I don’t think I should pay the $25 fee for the fault of your staff making us feel like we weren’t good enough.Hopefully this never happens again.

This gym has its good and bad.Good, it has a sauna and all the machines that you could want.Bad, the theater shows non work out related movies like grown ups (really) on Star wars day (how dare you) and allot of the machines need maintenance.
