VASA is a good looking gym. It have all the amenities one might want. The sauna Steam and pool are an extra bonus for me. I did not get a walkthrough,. I am familiar with the gym culture. However as a senior I don't see well and did mention this to the person at the front desk when joining. So far I navigated without a problem. Simply because my workout has been reduced tremendously. It's a good gym!

I love this gym and all the team members at VASA!!!! I started back at the gym after giving birth to my son. Their prices are reasonable and they offer kids club. All three of my kids go while I workout. I absolutely love the personal training team. More specifically Ashley and Aaron!Ashley is an incredible, assertive, professional and knowledgeable personal trainer! She knows her stuff and I am seeing results. This gym has been my home away from home. No matter how busy Aaron is he does not fail to go out of his way and greet all members and guest; making them feel comfortable and welcome. Our neighborhood gym is a must sign up especially if you are considering getting your foot back in the door. This is indeed the place! Don't take my word for it! Come in yourself and check it out! From front desk, to kids club, to the back of the house. The entire team is great! (front desk) Cree, Raven, Skylar, Tamica. Cris in kids club. Training crew, Ashley and Aaron do a phenomenal job! Come see for yourself! Thank me later! All smiles

The pool is disgusting. I asked how often they clean it the answer is monthly 🤢The one I've been to in the springs is much nicer …

They need a better selection of classes offered with the typical 9-5 work schedule in mind. Weekend classes are pretty skimpy too.

I have been going to this gym for almost two months now. My impressions:1) Half of the staff is nice and friendly, but the other half barely says hello and seems to hate their jobs, especially a very young guy who NEVER smiles at anyone and a lady with very long black hair and long lashes.2) I paid for the more expensive plan to use the massage chair and hydromassage bed, but they are ALWAYS broken and take forever to fix. When they finally fix it, guess what? It failed the same day again3) Equipment like ropes and ankle straps are NEVER available, and you have to "rent/ask to use" at the front desk because people took it home/stole it. You have to interrupt your work, go to the front desk, and rent it.Overall Im enjoying especially because it is right behind my development, but I'll be downgrading my plan for the basic since I paid for things that do not work.

It has everything I love to use to stay fit, and they have plenty of each type of equipment. The gym is clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the hours allow me to come in whenever I need. I’m very happy going here!

Equipment selection is good, and it is usually busy. However, customer service is non-existent and predatory. They continued billing me after I cancelled my membership and told me it was never cancelled. They refused to undo any of the fraudulent charges.

I like the place a lot. I was paying $10 a month and went up to the $30 program to enjoy the other perks of the gym. What they don’t tell you is that when you go back down to $10 a month they charge you $45. That was no where stated when upgrading. Just another way to nickel and dime ya. Also, my wife canceled after 3 years and they still charged her a $25 cancellation fee! After 3 years!!

Always dirty. Staff seems to just be ornamental. And they make it impossible to cancel your membership. It's taken me over a year to finally get my membership cancelled. Not worth your time or money!
