The worst gym I've ever experienced. They oversold super cheap memberships so the place is crowded all the time. Then when my 2 year membership expired they began billing me monthly even though I asked them several times to ensure my membership would be over. Then to cancel the membership you have to call their corporation office during office hours. so if you work during the day good luck getting a hold of someone. Then when I explained what happened they refused to refund me the overage even though I hadn't used their lousy gym in over a year. Suffice it to say I think they could have a lawsuit on their hands. I highly DIScourage anyone from joining this gym.

No towels, and now no hair dryers? They havent had a functioning hair dryer in men's shower room for last 2 months, even after it was pointed out to the front desk. Their overall customer service has declined quite a bit over last couple of years. Xsport is in obvious cost cutting mode and the customers are paying the price. Too bad my membership fee is paid for next 24 month . Otherwise I would switch out.

All I did was cardio today and was able to see how bad of a condition this gym is in.I had to visit because I just moved from Saint Charles (so maybe I’m spoiled) but this is the nastiest facility I’ve ever had to use. The first treadmill I tried had a defective tv, there were used tissues on the locker room counters and none in the dispenser, the floors? So dusty and grimy with hair, dirt, fuzz, who knows what. Lockers dirty and hairy, it smelled bad. So unpleasant, I’ll take the extra 10min commute to the STC location over this one. Not to mention the passive aggressive cheap scotch tape label on the little garbage can in the bathroom stall saying “NOT A TRASH CAN!!!” Kay? What is it then??Please up your cleaning staff and maintenance because some days I’m not going to have a choice but to visit this location again for convenience of time.

Got a free training session with Max. It was his first day personal training, and I could not have asked for a better experience. He was polite, knowledgable, and most important of all very personable. He finds out your strengths and weaknesses, and customizes a program to suit your needs. Highly recommend going with him if you are looking to get in the best shape of your life.

The gym has what you need for a quick workout but the places is filthy.You would be lucky if you find equipment not broken or ripped. The cardio equipment is just over dusty and contains someone’s dried sweat from months back. The cardio equipment is dated. You can smell the women’s locker room while doing cardio.The material on the weight machines are ripped and need to be replaced.The women’s locker room is carpeted and smells so bad. You can smell sweat, sewage and god knows what. They try to mask the smell with several air fresheners. You will find the toilets leaking on the floor and filthy. The toilet Bowls are contain a orange ring in them always.I feel this is the most neglected xsport around.If you can go to a different location

No matter how hard you try, you will never be able to cancel your membership at this location. The staff have no idea what's going on and they'll give you a different answer every time. Go somewhere else, this place is a mess.

I’ve been coming here for years. They have good enough equipment for me to get a decent workout. More stair masters wouldn’t hurt.

tried this location out, I usually use the St. Charles location, I cannot speak to the pricing, but the showering facilities were in disrepair and gross, the locker room area is cramped and there is a very limited selection of workout equipment.

I went into XSport today to inquire about membership. I was a previous member, in good standing, before moving to FL. I really only needed to use of the treadmills because I am a runner just waiting for the weather to break. The young man behind the counter said hold on let me get my manager to talk to you. The male manager, from the back of the gym, looked at me, sent the young man back, who proceeded to go over the pricing, which included an annual membership fee, a one time initiation big fee, as well as a monthly charge. The manager didn't even have the decency to come and talk to me. Apparently, customer service is not their forte. I can find a treadmill somewhere else.4/14 I am posting an edit to this review just to let everyone that this "response" from the owner was just for Google review to look like they did something. After I sent me email to member services, he responded after about a week saying that was nothing to do. He took no ownership of the customer service. I went to Planet Fitness. Great customer service, great price!

A little small but good place for a quick workout. Staff is friendly and offers excellent customer service.
