The club is well equipped and clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Olivia , my trainer, is off the charts great!! Olivia is very accommodating with my schedule and very supportive of my goals. Olivia has helped me overcome a muscle deficiency; and now I'm going into my first competition stronger and healthier than ever. Olivia really knows her stuff. I noticed that the other trainers I run into at the Batavia location are also very competent and positive. The management was very informative and got me squared away with the right amount of training sessions. Great Group of professionals !! I have access to the cardio machines I need, and the equipment is well maintained. Overhead music isn't freaky and is at an appropriate volume. Parking is easy & close and well lit. Great club all around.

Been a member for years and I’ve gone to facilities all over Chicagoland. This one is a pit! It’s disgusting. Department of health should close this down. Bathroom is always gross. Faucet hasn’t worked since the bathroom remodel. Equipment is broken and now doing some work inside - just in time for all the New Years people. It’s so dirty!!!!!

This Xsport was beyond dirty. When I entered the facility, it smelled like old wet towels ( they don't even provide towels) and all the machines were dirty and sticky like. The girls bathroom was filthy and seemed as if it wasn't ever cleaned. This is by far one of the worst Xsports I've ever been to.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and friendly, just lovely people. The people there and the atmosphere make me want to lose weight even more. Going to the gym is very intimidating when you're just starting out, but the employees make it hardly intimidating at all. Take the classes if you can, it's tough but worth it.

Love my trainer and the hours but gym needs an overhaul. The bathrooms lack cleanliness, the paper towels are frequently out about the gym, treadmills are hit or miss with functionality and the drinking fountain is....questionable. Again, the hours, price and location can’t be beat, so if you just need a place to work out with no frills, this is for you.

Don't get your gym membership here. Called to cancel some pay by month classes, not my membership. They told me I had to call corporate and they are open till 6pm central time. Called at 530 and got a voicemail. They didn't update their systems for the time change 3 days earlier. Called this location again and talked to the manager. Since I tried to call before 6 and couldn't the manager said if I come in he would take care of it. Went in, filled out the paperwork and he told me it was cancelled instantly. Find out today they charged me for another month. Went in again and the manager Chris the same guy I talked to the other day. He told me he ment it was instant in his system not corporate system. I asked why he told me it was instant and left out that it a not instant with corporate. He told me you never asked. I mentioned that since he told me it was done that he should have told me I would be charged. He said I shouldn't have assumed it was the same with corporate and proceeds to get confrontational with me.1. He shouldn't have told me it was instant2. It's 2018 how does their computer systems not talk to corporate3.extremely rude and confrontational4. They can instantly take my money when I join but can't help me cancel or help me with a refund.

Like the gym small but has all you need. Limited hours on daycare make it hard to get here as often as I would like.

Although I have not had any unpleasant services at this Xsport, I did however find myself in a situation that no one seemed to be able to help and find another solution that would work for me. I had purchased a training session with a specific trainer based on what it is I was looking for, he provided me with 2 "pre trials" and towards the end of the 2nd one I was sold! I signed up and gave a down payment and the trainer told me he would contact me with information for the next session. Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from him so I reached out to him and asked when the next training session would be in which he never responded. At this point it's been over a month with no service or training fulfillment so I decided to go into the gym and speak with a supervisor/manager. I was informed that the trainer I was assigned to was no longer working and left without a trace, at this point I just wanted my money back. When I asked why I was never contacted about this he told me it was because I wasn't on his "client list" since I was just given freebies. However when I signed up for this training they took my information down, so I feel that there was enough information for them to be able to reach out to me. They didn't hesitate to take out their monthly payment despite the whole ordeal. I paid a month for what? Nothing. I went in with the intent to find a solution that would work best for me, in which I feel they did not really want to hear or consider. Their only solution is to assign you to another trainer. I don't think that it's fair that I have to continue paying for services that I have not received nor do I feel like receiving after this experience.
